About this apartment rental
Bright 45-square-meter apartment completed in 2016. Luxury finishes, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating, insulated windows, blackout curtains, safe, smart key, hardwood floors, and original 1950s furniture - '70s, 43-inch LED smart TVs in every room, bedroom with a king-size bed, living area with a French-size sofa bed, custom-built kitchen with a Carrara marble countertop, NEFF appliances, 4-burner stovetop, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
The apartment is located in Prati, one of Rome’s most elegant and lively central neighborhoods, 300 meters from the Vatican, 100 meters from the OTTAVIANO Metro Line A station, and 150 meters from the famous Mercato Trionfale, the best and most renowned in the city. A 5-minute walk will take you to Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome’s main shopping streets.
CARREFOUR, NATURASI (organic), CONAD, and PEWEX supermarkets are all within 100 meters, as are excellent restaurants and bistros that we’ll be happy to recommend.

My husband and I stayed for a month in this apartment while visiting our daughter who works in Rome and lives in Prati. It is so convenient to everything in Prati--metro/bus/tram, market, restaurants, the Vatican and so forth--as well as getting to historic Rome (we often walked but the metro/bus is great) and traveling from Termini train station to other parts of Italy. The apartment is very comfortable; in particular, it is quiet. The kitchen facilities were very useful. The staff was extremely helpful. We would stay here again.
