It is in a good location if you want to stay close to Savannah but don’t want to pay a ridiculous price.
There were multiple things that I didn’t like to start the key to the room didn’t work half the time. We checked in the room at 4 and left, when we got back at 10:30 or 11 the water in the room was not working at all. I called the office 2 times and no one answered. By the time we woke up the next morning the water was back on but we even use the shower when we got back.

Receptionist was extremely personable and helpful. Room was very large, and it was great having a kitchenette (full fridge with freezer, microwave, countertop, rangetop with 2 burners, sink). Fire extinguisher right next to rangetop. Floors were ceramic tile, which is much cleaner than carpeting could ever be. Great value. Though I was initially overcharged, the manager gleefully refunded the difference, no questions asked. WiFi worked excellently. Cable TV had numerous basic channels. There was a pantry closet next to the kitchen area. Plehty of closet space. There were no bugs or rodents even though every room has a kitchenette. Plenty of parking. Though not perfect, I would stay here again.
Office wasn't open consistently, so I was unable to get coffee or to contact staff as needed. Facilities are a bit run down: leaky kitchen faucet, hot water shower knob wasn't attached (though could still be used). Counters could have been a bit cleaner, though I bring disinfectant wipes wherever I go and recommend that everyone do so. Though safe, the location was a bit bizarre - next to a trailer camp, shipyards and freight train loading docks. The room had a cold and sterile atmosphere due to the tile floors and painted cement block and tiled walls, but that was not an issue for me. You will need to bring your own alarm clock. Furniture was very limited (beds, kitchen table, sofa, coffee table, night table - but no desk, no bureau/drawers) though there were closets with shelves for storage. This is not a luxury motel, but it is quite adequate.

The price was good. Room was very large.
No bed side table. Entry card and cleaning took over two hours B4 I got into room. But night staff was very gracious.

Nothing except the guys dog
Everything. Room we were placed in looked ran down, it hadn't been cleaned. It looked like someone was still staying in the room. The bathroom was disgusting there were holes in the wall and the room smelled soooo bad. We immediately requested a refund and left.

good parking, easy to get to. bed was comfortable.
room as a whole felt kind of cold, and impersonal - not very cozy. staff were never in the office once during my stay; they said they provide coffee and pastries from the office in the morning but office was locked.

The guy who was on duty I think his name was Jamal he was very nice, the statue/fountain in the middle of the property was really nice and it gave it somewhat of an elegant feel. So after seeing this I was excited to see what our room was going to look like. The price was ok for a one night stay, location was about 10 minutes from downtown Savannah and 30 minutes from Tybee Island in Garden City and I was under the impression it was going to be in downtown Savannah.
First let me say that the name of this place is a bit misleading because it says it's an Inn and Suites but in actuality it is an extended stay which we never intended to stay in. The key card didn't work at first, when you walk in it is very dated, to the left was I guess a kitchenette there was a couch and a bed and a tv on the wall. The bedroom had 2 beds with mirrors on the walls as headboards. The bathroom toilet seat was broken and when I told Jamal he said that he couldn't fix it but would deduct from our bill. unbeknownst to him I saw a BRAND NEW toilet seat in the office still in the plastic when we checked in. The light in the bathroom kept flickering so bad to the point that I thank God I don't have epilepsy because it definitely would have caused a seizure. I have video but it won't let me post it, we didn't take our showers in our bare feet, the water pressure was good though. I don't know if they serve breakfast and we left before our checkout time. I do not see us ever returning here again.

Honestly there was absolutely nothing to like about this property.
Parking lot was very dodgy, felt unsafe and rooms actually looked like prison cells. Photos are extremely misleading. We left straight after walking in and did not end up staying the night, they charged us twice and we did not get a refund.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß.
There should only be a "to go" breakfast. However, the office was closed at 8:30 a.m. At 9:00 a.m. the office was open, but there were no cups and no one could be spoken to. This is not breakfast. Later there were still cups. The next day everything was fine.
The rooms are very simply furnished, although they are not beautiful. We got an extra large room that was very uncomfortable furnished. It's not a pretty place.

nice lobby personal and clean bathroom, linen and towels
room is noisy, with bad odor. hotel located near the port and load terminal.
bed is not comfortable at all, very hard to sleep
