Great location, terrible management

Great location

One of my worst experiences with Booking. We arrived to find a dirty apartment—apparently due to a mistake, according to the person in charge. Check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, but we didn't get in until 5:30 PM; as a result, we missed a scheduled excursion. The manager's only solution was a later check-out time; otherwise, they offered no compensation—financial or otherwise—and simply tried to justify it by claiming we had booked on short notice (even though we’d booked days in advance, which still wouldn't be a valid excuse anyway). They told us they wouldn't charge us for cleaning, though I believe that is a service they should cover themselves and is included in any rental. We had no Wi-Fi on the first day; it took them a full day to check "the system" because the password wasn't working. When we followed up, they replied sarcastically, saying the password was on the router—even though you're given the network name and password at check-in emails. We bought groceries to cook but had to throw them out because the cooktop didn't work, forcing us to spend more money on restaurants or fast food—tough luck if you're on a tight budget. It took them a day to reply asking for a video, and even then, all we got was a "sorry, thanks for letting us know." As for the other issues—like the rickety old drying rack, the rusty, leaking bathroom fixtures, the air conditioner dripping water, and doors that wouldn't close—those were the least of our worries. They stand out for their terrible attitude toward solving problems, their sarcastic responses, and their complete failure to make amends or improve the situation for the customer. I wouldn't rent from them again. I think unforeseen issues and mistakes can be forgiven, but not a lack of willingness to fix the damage caused. We paid over 500 euros—no small amount—only to have such a bad experience. En Argentino Una de las peores experiencias con booking.

Perfect

Beautiful modern apartment. The location was perfect, a few steps from the beach and the city centre, you can reach almost everything by foot. Also the supermarket is really close to the apartment and comfy if you need anything. The apartment has all the necessary, it is clean and it has everything you need for a stay. The owner was really nice and caring. I highly recommend it.

La ubicación lo mejor y la cama principal cómoda.

1. El aire acondicionado echa aire caliente aunque marca 16° 2. Varias partes de la casa mas mejorables 3. Había pelos en la funda del colchón del sofá cama. En conclusión cumple sus funciones pero bastante mejorable teniendo ese precio.
