Vacation has officially begun as you step inside this bright, spacious condo overlooking the sunlit saltwater canal, palm trees, and manicured greens of the on-site golf course. Guests will find there's lots of room for them (and the dog!) to settle down in this condo. Recline on the furnished deck and enjoy the view of the water. The living room's sofabed serves as an extra place to rest, day or night. A galley-style full kitchen is perfect for cooking up snacks for the beach and dinner for when you arrive home. It now features a Keurig coffee maker. Feel free to toss the swimsuits and towels into the private washer/dryer. Your bird’s eye view of blue herons, turtles, schools of fish, hermit crabs, and pelicans will provide endless entertainment. Additionally, to provide guests with the ultimate relaxation spot, this condo has been updated recently with new wallhangings and closet doors. As our guests, you'll be able to access the shared pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and fitness center during your stay. Don't forget one of the best features of this lovely home; Sandpiper Cove has its own private beach with 1100 feet of shoreline, a beachside full bar, and a four-star restaurant on site. This tastefully decorated condo provides both comfort and convenience as you enjoy everything the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” has to offer! What's nearby: But what is Destin without its ocean breezes? Sandpiper Cove’s best feature is our breathtaking private beach just a short walk from your condo. Several seafood markets, grocery stores, coffee shops, specialty meat, and fabulous dining are an easy bike ride away. Pack your tennis shoes because this area is very walkable! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over three miles from the condo. If you're looking to get out on the water, the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise offers fun, family-friendly adventures just two-and-a-half miles away. Don't forget to head seven miles down the coastline to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp! If you'd like to get even closer to Floridian wildlife, Gator Beach is just three miles away from the condo and offers a free way to observe gators in a fun and safe environment. Full kitchen (please note that the ice maker is not working—ice trays are provided) Dog friendly Boat launch Snowbirds welcome Gated entrance A two-person kayak is provided upon request Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Cute, clean townhouse in a super fantastic location. We loved that we could bring our fur baby and lots of places in the community to walk. Easy beach access and the guys at the guard shack are super nice. The townhouse could use a little updating but it had everything we needed for a quick weekend away. The balcony was exceptionally clean which is rare for rentals and we loved the balcony furniture overlooking the canal and mini golf course. Lastly, if you like a dark room when you sleep be sure to bring sleep masks-no curtains, only blinds that do not block light from coming into bedrooms.

Well this is our second stay at this same condo..no updates to anything. The couch is worn and needs replacing. The tubs holds standing water. Ice machine not working. I’ve stayed at several other properties and they at least provided simple condiments and seasonings. I’m afraid this our last time here.

Love the location of this unit! Ad said boat launch yes it has one but you can’t park trailers on property had to call around and find someplace to store trailer. Have to call months in advance to see if you can get a slip rental to dock your boat. That was the only down fall for us with this property.

I love Sandpiper Cove because of the pools and private beach access, and this was a nice, fairly spacious condo with a really pretty canal view. I can't wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I LOVED the 9 hole golf course in the facility. We LOVED that they were dog friendly with dogs above 25 pounds. It was a nice place in general and a good central location with great food around. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The only thing with this particular condo that I could “complain” about was the main bedroom fan not working properly. Other than that excellent and cozy!

The overall stay at Sandpiper Cove 3204 was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach, pet friendly, and the location are a few things we liked the most.
I did contact the Vacasa regarding a few issues regarding the property, both tubs/showers did not drain adequately (while showering you stood in water) the kitchen faucet is loose and will drip, the front bedroom window is cracked (photos were also sent). I did forget to mention to them the front glass door does not line up, so it does not lock easily. They did state they would reach out to the local staff to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
We would stay at this location in the future.

This place has been updated and was much better than the pics. Beds were super comfy and allowed our dog which was great. Would definitely book this condo again!

This inexpensive condo is what you would expect for the price. It is a little dated and could use a modern refresh, but is clean and comfortable for the price. The entire complex is secured through a 24 hour manned entry gate. The condo is not on the beach, but access to the private gated beach across the street is provided. The beach has a bar with food options, plux lounge chairs, umbrellas, and other items are available for rent. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but has the basics. The balcony overlooking the canal is peaceful in the morning. The only issue we had was the mild smell of cigarette smoke. Not sure if it was from previous renters or emanating from the condo downstairs.

This property is in an excellent location, close to everything you'd want to do near the water. The private beach and bar was a huge bonus and so fun! The unit itself was as advertised, however, there were a few roaches we had to kill as well as some dirty dishes in the cupboards that we could not use. Also, the master bathroom bathtub drain was slow so the water backed up during showers. Other than that, the overall cleanliness of this place was satisfactory. If these issues are fixed, would 200% stay here again without question!! A nice weekend getaway if you don't sweat the small stuff :)

We enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room and loved that it is pet friendly. The location and the access to the beach was easy to get to. Highly recommend the Sandpiper Cove.
