I do not recommend it.

apartment location

As mentioned in other comments, it was quite dirty. It felt as though the floor hadn't been cleaned in months; it was unpleasant to even take off one's shoes. The window facing the building's courtyard was practically useless—it might as well not have been there. No fresh air came in at all, yet if the curtain was open, the bed was fully visible from the courtyard. And most importantly!!! Staying in this apartment was the worst experience of my life. I could have put up with the cleanliness and amenities for a few days, but... On our first evening, my husband and I went to return a rental car. Our son stayed behind in the apartment; he speaks no French and very little English. A man arrived, knocked on the door, and demanded payment of a tax. It turned out to be the landlord. This went on for 20 minutes. Then, the man opened the door, entered the apartment, and demanded money, even though my son told him his parents weren't there and he didn't have any cash. My son called me, and the landlord took the phone to explain that the tourist tax needed to be paid—even though Booking.com hadn't sent any email notification about it. He only sent the invoice after I specifically asked him to email it. The next day, when we returned from a walk, someone had been in the apartment again. A bag that had been there when we checked in was gone, and an extra towel had appeared, even though I hadn't asked for one. There were only two towels in total, despite the apartment being listed for six people. That evening, when we returned from dinner, it was clear someone had visited the apartment again. The doorbell charger went missing. I was constantly expecting someone to come back. This is the first place I’ve ever stayed where I slept with my bag—containing my documents and money—under my pillow. I do not recommend it at all.

Lower your expectations significantly

Location was good

It was dirty, floors, dishes, surfaces all needed cleaning prior to use. In addition most appliances didn’t work (kettle/coffee pod machine), there is a stove top but no pots and pan. Fridge and microwave worker which was good. The host was unresponsive, beds were uneven and lumpy, shower head didn’t work and the bathroom had a musty, off smell. We were there for 2 hot nights and it was a sauna inside with no ventilation. Would be great in cooler months as it holds heat well.

Overall bad would not recommend there are many better options in the same location and for a cheaper price

The room was dusty and the wall was peeling,There where stains on the bed and the main shower was not working and there was weak shower pressure,Don’t trust the 5 star reviews the owners offered 10 precent back for a perfect review

The shower head was inoperable. We could only use the wand. Didn’t have large enough blanket for married couple to share; it was practically a twin size comforter maybe a double.

The location, not too far from the subway and cute restaurants in the neighborhood. Was pretty clean and neat

No ventilator or airconditioning, 6 people in one room is too hot. Also it’s very small, so it’s hard to move around There was a horrible smell in the place.
