About this villa rental
Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa at TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort. The villa has its own 2 car garage, boat slip for rent and the community has a great swimming pool. On the first floor you will find the spacious living room with dining area, master bedroom (King) and bathroom with tub and separate shower. On the second floor there are 3 more bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) and 2 more bathrooms. This villa sleeps a maximum of 8 persons. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching or swimming! This villa has lots of amenities like Cable TV, flat screens, free wifi and its own gas BBQ. It even has an ice machine in the garage! House comes with a tandem bike and 2 kayaks. Furthermore this villa has on the opposite side of the street its own extra parking spaces which are reserved solely for the renter of this villa. Bring your own boat (docks are available and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft) and enjoy the Homosassa Springs, the Homosassa River, the Nature Coast and the Gulf of Mexico.

This worked out well for my family, who came into Homosassa to attend our mother's memorial service. There is quite a bit of construction in that area, you can't really see it from the road. The stairs are a bit on the steep side, so if anyone has mobility issues, FYI. There is a master bedroom downstairs.

The house was great! Very clean and fresh smelling when we arrived, the beds were very comfy. The house beautifully decorated and well cared for. Loved every thing about it except that we couldn’t stay longer. Close to King’s bay to swim with manatees and two minutes from Homosassa state park and other local parks. It’s a quiet and private location. I hope to rent again!

Great location
It’s located close to old Homosassa so you’re surrounded by beautiful and majestic oak trees and Spanish moss. You can easily walk to restaurants from the house. The house has everything you need to enjoy all that Florida has to offer.

Wonderful place in a great location. Very comfortable.
Property is conveniently located next to the state park. Property manager was responsive. Kayaks were available for use as well as a tandem bike. Overall a great experience.
Housekeeping can be improved because there was dust in the bedroom and some items from previous guests but those were minor. I would stay there again for sure!

Great stay
This house was beautiful and had a beautiful outside view as well. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch and listening to music while grilling. This house has everything you could possibly need while being away from home. The house is also huge. We had 3 couples so each couple even had their own bathroom which was nice. It's also in a great location. Highly recommend staying here!

We love Homosassa and this home was very nice and in a great location to drive over to the local spots in your boat. We would visit this area again for sure.
