Great Location & Wonderful views: We had 4 couples ages 50's and 60's. There were plenty of towels and Beyond that, this house needs a lot of updates. There are 2 black leather or vinyl chairs in the main living area that are terribly worn and cracked. Carpet needs to be replaced in all bedrooms and hallway downstairs. Stairs from lower level need to be cleaned. The inside log walls need to be dusted. The bedroom I stayed in on the main level was dirty under the bed. The screens on the windows do not all fit very well allowing moths and small gnats to get in. There were bugs crawling on the carpet in the lower level. The outside patio furniture is dated and some of the chairs are broken. Property listed as 5 bedroom with 2 king and 3 queen beds. 1 of the queen beds in the lower level is smaller than a queen size. Also 1 of the beds in lower level has a very bad mattress which was on a review in August of 2021. Outside deck needs to be stained or painted as it is pealing. A lot of the lighting does not work however this was mentioned before we checked in. There is a large theater type of room in the lower level that has a lot of random stuff in it. We are thinking the owner and Vacasa have not stepped foot into this house for a long time. For the price we paid to say 5 nights the house should be modernized.

We stayed at the cabin with my husband's family. There were 2 families plus his dad, traveling from Texas, Washington, and Ohio. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location of the cabin was perfect. It was convenient to the park and to town. The setting was beautiful and the cabin was very nice. I had let a previous review scare me a little bit and was worried about what we were going to find. There are definitely some upkeep items that need addressed. The deck is showing signs of age, but that will be a big project. I do recommend that the owners replace the 2 leather chairs in the living room which are split open. They are more than worn, they are worn out. I would also suggest investing in some updated patio seating options. We used the outdoor chairs quite a bit, but they are not comfortable and they seem less than stable. The area is so gorgeous that you want to be outside enjoying it- comfortable seating would be helpful. The cabin is an amazing property, but it needs a little ongoing investment to keep it nice. That being said, we very much enjoyed our stay and would choose the cabin again.

Hi. We enjoyed the home. The location was good and the views were amazing. However, for the price we paid we felt the house was outdated snd needed some basic upgrades and issues resolved. We will post a review and let the future renters know the home was great but beware there are several issues to prepare for. Please let me k Le if you have any questions.
Estes Home issues
Electrical Sockets in master bedroom not working
Outdated non- HD TV in master not compatible with current technology (Roku, Apple, etc)
Screen doors do not function/lock well
Broken spatulas
Property management inaccurately told us there was a Keurig and no hair dryers
Vacasa listing does not provide ammenities
Broken, uncomfortable, and no enough patio seating
Inoperable lighting in kitchen
Dishwasher not anchored
Sound system disconnected
Tiny TV in den
Upstairs loft hot with poor ventilation
Loft TV should be in the back room so the den TV and Loft TV do not compete for sound
No instruction booklet for home
Thanks,
Chris

We were extremely satisfied with this beautiful home and wonderful location! The views are incredible and the location is perfect for easily accessing both Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The home is so impressive and very comfortable, the layout was perfect, the furniture and beds were all very comfortable, and it was very well stocked with everything we needed. The outside deck was fabulous, and the views were unimaginable!! Vacasa did an excellent job of communicating the check-in information, making sure everything was really clean when we arrived, and quickly responded to a minor maintenance issue within 15 minutes of us reporting it (thermostat battery). The hot tub was working great and we enjoyed using it and the view that accompanied it. This is such an exceptional home with great service and a very good value! We loved it!

The location of the home is close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. It is a comfortable home for 8-10 people,
The best part is the open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The balcony next to the living room has great views and gets ful sun.
The kitchen is very functional and so is the outside grill.
The property is best accessed with a 4WD vehicle.
There are three bathrooms, one inside the master bedroom and two shared. This has the most implication on the type of group and how many people can comfortably use this house
Overall, the inside of the house is well maintained for its age compared to the outside.

The property was certainly impressive as was its proximity to Estes Park as well as Rocky Mountain National park. Sleeping arrangements thoughtfully laid out ..kitchen appliances Just like Home.. well stocked with utensils towels, etc. The only slight negative was Wi-Fi , but we had 12 people in the house. 🙂

Location is amazing, back “yard” is great for the kids and teens to climb around on. Could use some updates, but that was communicated to us before booking. Super short distance to downtown and grocery store. We had a wonderful stay!

The home is beautiful and the privacy is amazing. However a few things caught our eye. To much to list if the owner could contact we would like to address with them. Our stay was amazing and its a beautiful home that pride should show from ownership of such a home.

Great place, just as it looked in the photos. The loft was a great place for the kids to play. Great view of both sunrise and sunset. Cool to see the snow showers come over the mountains from the west.

The property is beautiful- lovely home set in rocky mountain with beautiful views. The location is perfect- set in micro-rural setting but easy walk to downtown. Clean and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the hot tub. Enough space for our 9 adult reunion. The mattresses are old and need replacement. Wifi is very slow- we had better speed with our own AT&T wireless.

The views are absolutely spectacular, which is the best feature of the house. Sitting on the deck watching the sun come up over Estes Lake with a cup of coffee was an amazing way to start the day, and winding down after a day of exploring while watching the stars appear with a cocktail in hand was just as amazing a way to end the day. The only thing is it may be time to update the deck chairs. A few of them are hanging on by a thread.
The house was clean and all the rooms are pretty spacious. Beds are pretty comfortable except the basement room with a walkout. That mattress is way past its time and really needs to be replaced. Also seems like the queen sized beds are smaller than a traditional queen. Of course did not measure but they seemed more like full size than queen.
The loft area is a great hangout space. There is a loveseat by the window with yet another wonderful view. It was facing in, so we just flipped it around and opened the windows to get a nice breeze flowing. This would be a great area for kids to hang out.
It was a little disappointing that the hot tub still was not fixed, but Vacasa was great about giving us a partial refund for the loss of amenity.
Would definitely stay there again if travelling with a big group.

Almost a 5 star
Loved the location, open living/dining/kitchen area, grilling terrace, comfy couch, ample seating, large home and fantastic views, extra fridge in garage, lots of clean towels. Great house!
Some items need attention: carpets needed vacuumed in bedrooms (really need replacing), stepped on a cough drop in master bedroom also was a large dead beetle on the floor, broken plastic wheel on a downstairs bed made the bed very uneven (we picked up the plastic and placed towels under the bed leg to level the bed), one mattress downstairs is so old it is like a rock and crunches when you move, dryer makes screeching sound even with a light load (had to go elsewhere to do our laundry), hot tub was empty and not usable (very disappointing), garage was unavailable but empty (door is fixed shut) so had to unload in the rain through the side garage door). This house has huge potential to be a solid 5 star. Called Vacasa the morning after check on and reported some of the issues, said they would call me back but didn’t. Also sent a email but haven’t heard anything from them.

This place looks amazing in the photos. this place was amazing I'm sure at some point however unfortunately for the owners this place is pretty disgusting due to poor house keeping. we spent over $7000 to stay 8 days here. this place lists that there is a grill you can use and that the kitchen is stocked. the grill looks like it's never been cleaned ever, there was burned old food all over it, the kitchen dishes, utensils and glasses were all filthy and there was even old pizza on a cookie sheet left in the oven. every single dish we pulled out from the cabinets were filthy and disgusting. the only good thing about this place was the actual cabin was pretty and located with a beautiful view. i expect higher quality items in a place that has the nerve to charge over $500 night!! I WISH I COULD UPLOAD THE PHOTOS I TOOK OF THE NASTY DISHES AND GRILL!

We loved staying here! It was so spacious for the 12 of us. Between the decks and living space, we never felt crowded. The view was lovely as well. My only and biggest gripe about the cabin is that beds are terribly uncomfortable. The king size bed we slept on had was so worn down you could see the two human sized impression marks. Others also complained about their beds. The teenagers who slept upstairs in the loft had the most horrible tiny futon to share. One of the boys ended up sleeping on the floor. For the money, guests deserve to sleep on decent beds.

Wonderful location, amazing views and very nice home
This home is PERFECT for a large family retreat. Plenty of space and large gathering areas. The views off the deck are amazing. The back and deck and Hot Tub back up to a very nice Bolder Field. 2 car garage and large drive way. Very close to downtown and all activities. One negative - the internet (WIFI) is VERY slow. We speed checked the connection and it ranged form .5 to 1.15 Mbps. If you are remote learning or working remotely it will not work. We reported this to the property manger and hopefully this gets upgraded. We would stay here again.

Family Wedding Group
We stayed at this fabulous house last February 2020 for our daughter’s wedding at Della Terra. It was the perfect house for us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and a great gathering spot in front of the fireplace and/or the windows overlooking Estes Park.

Slice of Heaven
The home was spectacular and only outdone by Mother Nature’s beautiful mountains with lush Pine and Aspen landscape. The home was large enough for us to sprawl out and do our own thing or come together and play games, put a puzzle together, or just sit around and talk. Our family was in awe as we watched the first snow of the season and couldn’t believe how much more beautiful our surroundings became! We were also amazed at the abundant wildlife (Stellar Jays, Magpies, Bunnies, Chipmunks, and of course, the Elk). Whether we were outdoors enjoying the phenomenal weather or inside watching through the gorgeous and enormous windows, our family made tons of happy memories!

Amazing Stay in Estes Park!
This property was everything we could have hoped for & more! We were in town for a wedding at Della Terra. The close proximity to both the wedding venue & downtown Estes Park was so convenient. The house itself was amazing - the best views on the deck that wraps around the whole front of the house. We couldn't have picked a better spot to stay & already have talked about wanting to come back again. Absolutely loved this VRBO -- strongly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thanks for the amazing weekend at your beautiful property!

Este Park Wedding Weekend
We rented this beautiful home for our daughters wedding at Della Terra. The home was amazing and was well appointed. Many of our out of town guests visited us over the 5 days we where there. Everyone was amazed with the stunning views and various wildlife around the home. We had no issues with the home and it as was exactly as described. Renting was easy and the owner answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Este Park.
