You get the best of both worlds in this quaint 1-bedroom beachfront cottage just steps from the pristine white sands of Indian Rocks Beach AND within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants! KITCHEN -Coffee maker (Standard Drip) -Dishes, Glassware, & Utensils -Toaster -Cookware/cooking utensils -Dishwasher -Refrigerator -Stove/Oven -Microwave DINING -Indoor dining table with 4 chairs -Dining Table and 4 Chairs on Covered Beachfront Balcony LIVING ROOM -Leather Queen Size Sleeper Sofa -Leather Loveseat -Flat Screen Cable TV -Access to Covered Beachfront Balcony from the Living Room Area BEDROOM -Queen Size Bed -Ceiling Fan *Please note that the entry to the condo is though the bedroom. GENERAL -Hallway Bathroom: Walk-in Shower -FREE Wi-Fi & Cable TV -Bed linens and bath towels provided (Guests provide their own beach towels) -Beach chairs available -Hairdryer -Iron and ironing board -NO Elevator in this complex - NO washer or dryer in the unit (laundromat nearby) *The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished. PARKING -1 Assigned Parking Space -Limited Guest Parking (First come, first served basis) -Trailers, U-Hauls, Boats, RV's etc. are NOT allowed to be parked on the property! CHECK-IN -Keyless Entry -Self Check-In SORRY, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED!!! THANK YOU! Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. For day trips, Orlando, Disney World and Sea World are a 90-minute drive and both the Tampa International Airport and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport are within a 30-minute drive. You can do as much or as little as you like at family-friendly Indian Rocks Beach, a serene beach town that offers spectacular white sand beaches and award-winning local restaurants. It's a perfect spot for romantic getaways, family vacations or a break from cold winter weather!

You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to everything. Great for two people. Beautiful view of ocean but we had to clean windows. (Very dirty) just an older condo had a sink problem but maintenance over quickly and not a big issue. Overall great stay

Condo was perfect for my husband and I. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and enjoying the sunsets. Great to walk to local restaurants in the area.

Spent the week listening to an excavator (and semi-trucks) from 7 am until 4 pm
Immediately next door to our complex. Listening to the constant noise of several buildings beIng knocked down in addition to the actual shaking of our building were part of our wonderful vacation( this is sarcasm, folks!). There should have been some disclosure about this from the property managers. We would have found a different place!!!!

Everything perfect for a get away before cold and snow. Everything we needed in one place. Beautiful weather, beautiful patio to watch sunsets, perfect location, comfortable sleeping. One recommendation: one more warm blanket.

Noisy air conditioning unit otherwise great
Condo was great except for one thing. The air conditioning unit is located somewhere over or close to the bedroom. The exceptionally loud rhythmic roar makes it difficult to sleep.

This unit is small but perfect for what I needed I like to be honest it needed better care when it comes to cleanliness the windows were dirty and the pull out topper cover on sofa bed was dirty I had to take it off and put my own on it could use a better cleaning service And maintaince couldn’t get to my sink faucet in kitchen fell off a few times But all around I loved it here and so I cleaned the windows my self and googled how to fix the faucet I have to be honest I did love it there tho and would go back

Everything was great except the sofa bed was terrible. We felt every spring and frame bar. And it was a big taco. We pretty much slept on top of each other. But we let the manager know and they brought in a queen size air mattress that we used on the floor. Not the best sleep, but everything else was great. Guess I'll sleep when I get home.

Renters should be aware that this property is very old, and in a general state of disrepair. Very dirty, mold on the shower curtain, no tub, hair and personal items left in vanity drawers, coffee pot so filthy we had to buy a new one. Entry to the unit is in the bedroom. Bed is in corner, making it very difficult for exit from the bed for the person in the corner. I asked for a refund due to the condition of the property and was immediately refused. View from the balcony was great, and that was the only positive.

It a small, cute unit with a spectacular view of the Gulf with direct access to a beautiful beach and you can be entertained for hours watching the wildlife in the water as well as on the beach from the deck. You can walk to the best restaurants in Indian Rock Beach as well as multiple nature preserves. Wonderful bakery across the street. Wonderful museums, parks and galleries only a short drive away. The area has an energetic vibe. Improvements for this rental property would be higher end beach chairs and a bigger bed which was comfortable but too small. All in all, a great place that you will enjoy. Location, location, location!

It a small, cute unit with a spectacular view of the Gulf with direct access to a beautiful beach and you can be entertained for hours watching the wildlife in the water as well as on the beach from the deck. You can walk to the best restaurants in Indian Rock Beach as well as multiple nature preserves. Wonderful bakery across the street. Wonderful museums, parks and galleries only a short drive away. The area has an energetic vibe. Improvements for this rental property would be higher end beach chairs and a bigger bed which was comfortable but too small. All in all, a great place that you will enjoy. Location, location, location!

Private beach, nice deck to relax and watch the Gulf, plenty of restaurants in the area. Housekeeping could have done a better job: I found someone's blood pressure meds on the bedroom floor and hair pins next to the couch in the living room. Love this area of Florida.
