Coastal Soul is a beautifully appointed condo in tropical Sand Key, FL. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two XL twin beds which can be brought together and in the main living area is a queen sofa sleeper. This gated property has a full view of The Gulf of Mexico from the main living area as well as the master bedroom and there is a full view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the front entry area where you can enjoy the sunrise and boating activities throughout the day. Amenities include a large pool, hot tub, tennis and shuffleboard. Enjoy the wide boardwalk for easy walking directly onto the white sandy beach. Coastal Soul is newly remodeled and includes stainless appliances, new furniture, linens and a fun retro vibe. Have fun strolling to The Shoppes At Sand Key, just across the street, for great shopping and dining. Surrounding activities include boating, fishing, parasailing, sightseeing and marine life. Take advantage of the free Jolly Trolley which is a great way to move about the area. The Trolley routes you as far as St. Pete beaches to North Tarpon Springs where you can stroll along the sponge docks or take tour through the historic town of Dunedin. About this space - Newly remodeled with much attention to detail when considering our guests in mind to offer a unique, comfortable home away from home experience with a subtle vintage Floridian beach theme. Coastal Soul has all new modern necessities including Smart TV’s and high-speed internet. There are board games, cards and books for your enjoyment. The bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed with total comfort in mind. Spa robes, new luxury linens, an abundance of pillows, good lighting and phone chargers at each bedside to cover the basics. We have also added wireless speakers and aromatherapy misters for your pleasure. Bath towels, blow dryers, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels are there to get you started. All you have to supply are your own toiletries. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, new dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, crock-pot and kitchen accessories needed to make you feel completely at home. A coffee-tea station with K-cups is also stocked for you. We have included our collection of 1960’s vintage barware for a fun retro beachy feel for those Mai Tai’s, Pina Coladas or your cocktail of choice! Enjoy spending time on the balcony as there is always something interesting to look at which includes the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine. On the balcony there is a table with 4 swivel Captain chairs for perfect dining day and night. Enjoy your afternoon siesta on the chaise lounge. We include everything needed to get you started on your beach holiday. There are 2 low beach chairs, 2 floating noodles, beach towels, beach tote and of course the beach cooler. Just pack your suitcase and come to Coastal Soul for a well-deserved get-away! NOTE: MUST BOOK AT LEAST 11 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. Amazing condo on an amazing beach! Condo was everything we hoped for and well supplied, especially all the hangers haha! Nice decor but showers could use a little updating. Thank you for all the beach accesories. The balcony furniture is really nice as well as the inter coastal chairs. See you next May, hopefully

We spent the month of November 2002 in this magnificent condo. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The photos on VRBO are very representative of reality. The condo, on the 9th floor of the building, is located directly facing the Gulf of Mexico and allows you to see the magnificent sunsets from the back balcony. The front balcony allows views of Clearwater Bay and sunrises. The pool and spa are kept very clean and heated to comfortable temperatures. The condo is very well equipped, whether for kitchen accessories, bath and beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, televisions in the living room and each bedroom. Belleair beach is beautiful and quiet and you can access it directly from the building. The condo is in a great location, close to Clearwater Beach. Tampa is about forty minutes away. Ideal location to visit this area of the west coast of Florida. My guests, spouse and I greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this magnificent apartment.

This condo had everything you could need for a beach vacation! We loved having beach chairs and an umbrella. There were plenty of beach towels and a cooler. The decor was beautiful and the outdoor areas had plenty of seating with fantastic views of the gulf. We didn’t need to bring anything but our suitcases. This condo was a gem. We can’t wait to book for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The interior was so nicely decorated - light and bright with a great beachy 50's vibe. Everything was very clean and well kept up. We spent good deal of our indoor time enjoying the beautiful views on the balcony. The plaza directly across the street was so convenient - outdoor dining and shopping without having to get into a car. And if you really don't want to drive take the jolly trolley to get around - convenient and easy to use. We have stayed at a lot of nice condos and this was one of the best!

Great spot on a private beach, good sized pool and spa. Quiet, yet close enough to ClearwaterBeach to still get the full experience! Clean apartment with everything you need, just add groceries. Would definitely stay again!

I only have amazing things to say about Linda the property manager and this place! It was so beautiful, the interior was stunning and the balcony was the most lovely place to watch the sunset. Nothing was missing, all cooking supplies are there and even a cute little bar. I also made friends with so many of the residents of the building who I'm sure I'll stay in touch with forever, it was just an incredible month and I can't wait to be back.

I spent the month of March in this beautiful condo. It was very clean, and was decorated in a tasteful and lovely beach theme. The views are AMAZING! The owner thought of everything for a comfortable stay: Plenty of beach towels Beach chairs/umbrella USB charging ports in bedrooms and living room T.V. s in every room Binoculars Nice bedding/linens Well equipped kitchen Nice patio furniture The condo building is very clean and well kept. The pool is heated. Covered parking. Boardwalk to the beach. The beach is uncrowded and gorgeous. The condo is in a prime location. It’s directly across the street from a plaza that has two excellent restaurants on each end (Columbia and Backwaters.). Also, there’s a small store that has great food for takeout or eating outside. You can take an easy walk over the causeway to experience Clearwater Beach. Linda the condo manager was wonderful. She responds quickly and is so nice. Don’t hesitate to book this condo. You won’t be disappointed.
