Great views. Comfortable look and feel.
The SPA had to be paid. Swimming pool was already closed. Sauna was closed due to renovation. Bathtub was dated. A colleague at the reception was unfriendly.

The location suited us perfectly for the three-day stay we had planned. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional.

Location, the views (worth upgrading to guarantee a balcony room overlooking Ordino), the breakfast, free parking, tennis court, pool, friendly staff, comfy bed, spacious bathroom with his and hers sinks.
Very picky comment, but personal preference would be if the pool was heated.

Good views from balcony
Inclusive deal was good, food was fine.
Tv bar was welcome during World Cup.
Coffee was not good at breakfast bar, we both were unable to drink it.
One hotel receptionist who checked us in was not friendly.
No fans in rooms would be a problem if the weather is warm (we went in July)
