Pela limpeza, não voltaria. Mas numa urgência, como foi, não deixarei de voltar. Obrigada.

Os funcionários foram simpáticos, atenciosos e cordiais. E a localização muito boa, perto dos principais meios de transporte, e numa área bem servida de restaurantes, cafés e supermercados, e a poucos minutos da área que margeia o Tejo, inclusive a pé.

De fato, o valor pago pelas duas noites foi barato se comparado com outras acomodações na região. Mas, apesar das toalhas sempre limpas, a roupa de cama ficou a desejar: toda a roupa de cama estava suja e suada. Os colchões já estão deformados pelo uso, e os travesseiros não tem qualquer proteção, o que os deixam com cheiro ruim. Apesar da casa de banho estar limpa, o sistema de ventilação é insuficiente para impedir o mau cheiro aquando das descargas. E as paredes, com muita humidade e bolor.

overall pleasant stay for two nights - very good location

The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. It was a little hot though and no fan or aircon. The side road is also quite loud especially at night as cars and busses go by. Overall though for a couple nights, considering the location I would reccommend.

Very good value for the money, over all a nice experience, would recommend staying here.

The location is good, there are a couple of bus and metro stations right around the corner which will take you to the city centre / central stations, plus there is a big supermarket and McDonald’s close by. The reception works 24/7 so that is very convenient, everybody there speaks English and are exceptionally nice and forthcoming, all of our requests were accommodated (they gave us shower caps, allowed us to use the coffee / tea machine even though we didn’t pay for breakfast etc). The room itself was small but had everything we needed and more (a TV), it was clean - as well as the ensuite bathroom.

The only thing we were not very happy about was the bathroom + toilet door to the main sleeping room… it’s on a side sliding mechanism and when closed leaves a considerable gap between itself and the nearby wall, so everyone is aware of what happens in the bathroom. Oh and our windows led onto the street so when we had them open at night we would hear the street noise.

Passable if you’re just sleeping there

Noisy road so had to keep windows shut but no air con. Not too bad in May but Aug? Layout of room is terrible.

We haven't had breakfast. Relatively good location.

Cleanliness none. For 4 days, no one came in to clean the room, throw out the garbage, we are not talking about making the beds at all. The accordion bathroom door didn't work at all - it could only be opened half way. A noisy group of Italians settled in on the second day, shouting, stomping, no one noticed them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Nice place to stay.

Great location, stuff's behavior was very kind and helpful. Taxi and public transportation was easy to use.

Beside the main road, so some noise may come into the room.

Good central option

The location and staff were great. A lovely breakfast.

The air conditioning did not work so the room was really too hot since I couldnt leave the window open as it was big enough for soneone to walk through. Overall I enjoyed ny stay but not sure I would book there again if the air conditioning was not repaired

Would not return there!!

Dirty towels and sheets. Holes in the bed linen. No place to put your clothes. Dirty walls. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. Dust on the furniture and dirty floor.

Staff were very polite all during our stay all went very smoothly, I was impressed how quite the place was, very impressed first time there and would recommend.

Very good

We needed to stay one night to catch our flight next day in the morning. Location was quite good as we used a bus to get to Lisbon Airport. The facility was clean enough and staff were kind. It is a high rate of price performance.

Very poor

This facility was not a hotel. It was a hostel, at best. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was an awful smell in the hallway, as if sewer wated had backed up. Never staying in that place again.

Location. Close to metro station. Late check-out at 12.00.

The room was very noisy due to the busy street. Unpleasant smell in the rome going from the corridor. So I had to keep the window open at night.

It was okay for the price. I needed a cheaper place to just spend the night since we were out in the city till late night and had flight to catch early in the morning.

Bedsheets and blankets seem old and not really clean. The bathroom was just a partitioned little section in the same room so you could hear everything inside which was wierd.

I would pay 10 or 20 euro max for the room I had but not 50. and please fix the stench.

hot shower

the smell of the hotel is pungent masking sewers. it gives a headache and is heavy on the lungs. would not recommend to stay there. even my clothes and all stink like the chemicals they use. Also the coffee machines or whatever they where in the reception are super loud even being idle creating unnecessary static noise.
