Wonderful double room with nice bathrooms and comfortable space. Lovely view out window to courtyard, location was good for walking to local sites.

We loved that the location was within walking distance of the main sight seeing but away from the crowds. It felt like a more residential area. Our room was also very large and the beds were comfortable. All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. We didn't do breakfast but we grabbed croissants to go on our last day from the display!
Our "AC" was not really AC. While the central lobby had AC, our room just had a fan that was circulating air. You could tell an immediate change in temperature between our room and the lobby. Our thermostat was set to the "sun" icon instead of the "snowflake" icon. We asked a staff member about this but they claimed this was how it worked.

Quiet at night, breakfast provided and helpful staff
Multiple bridges and stairs to get to property. Nil suitable alternatives (eg ferry) that would make the trip any easier back to the train station. Old building/facilities and expensive ( but that’s Venice).
