Lovely hotel in an amazing location. Great breakfast.
Staff were very friendly and helpful from checking to check out. Even went above & beyond to help us in a stressful situation when airline cancelled our flight.

Location location location…My mother and I stayed in a fabulous room with the most magical view of the Grand Canal watching Venice at its best! Staff were super helpful- helped organize transfers and made everything super easy. Ask for room 302. It won’t disappoint you.

We were very pleased with Palazzo Canova. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful. The room was small -if we were staying longer I would have wanted a larger room and not on the first floor. There was no view unfortunately but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was perfectly fine for a one night stay before our cruise. And the location was perfect-right on the Grand Canal. The rooftop bar was lovely for a cocktail before dinner. Breakfast was also included and was very good. We were able to find several good restaurants within walking distance and the hotel staff recommended a couple and booked us a reservation.
Transportation from the airport and to the ship for our cruise was coordinated through the hotel as well. We would definitely return if we go back to Venice.
