The location was great. We had a separate living area, bedroom and bathroom.
We had heavy rain and there was a lot of water coming through the roof. The manager came quickly and helped mop it up. She also helped us locate somewhere for dinner.

Unique building in a very cool area with access to a private square. They serve breakfast in a very cool medieval room. Located on Ortigia island, very close to the main square.
The staff were more passive than welcoming or friendly, but not rude.

In the heart of Giudecca and near the sea
There is a wing of the building, much less nice than the main building . The first night they put me on the ground floor in a place with no windows. Second night in a bigger place but very noisy. Staff wasn’t friendly
