About this apartment rental
Experience pure rest and relaxation in a stylish, maritime atmosphere at our vacation home, which was completed in August 2016. The well-designed, approximately 72 m² vacation apartment features high-quality furnishings and has been decorated with great attention to detail. With 2 bedrooms, it accommodates up to 4 people and guarantees a comfortable stay.
The spacious living room, featuring a wood-burning stove, offers a comfortable seating area for relaxation, a fully equipped built-in kitchen, and a cozy dining area with wicker chairs. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, and all the necessary utensils for self-catering. The washing machine is available for use free of charge. The cozy sitting area features a corner sofa, an armchair, and a 55-inch Ultra HD TV with a Blu-ray player for entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The 25 m² wraparound balcony, accessible from the living room and facing southeast, offers plenty of space to relax. Here, you can sunbathe in a beach chair or enjoy a meal outdoors with your family or friends. Comfortable patio furniture, an automatic sunshade (available starting April 2017), and an electric grill are provided for this purpose.
The bedroom, accessible from the hallway, features a double bed, a large closet, and a 40-inch TV, offering you the highest level of sleeping comfort. The existing roller shades allow you to block out the light. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a fully automatic VELUX skylight. An illuminated makeup mirror and a hair dryer are also provided.
Adjacent to the living room is the second bedroom, which features two comfortable single beds and a 40-inch TV. The windows are fitted with roller shades, allowing you to darken the room.
The living areas feature designer flooring with a wood-plank look. The bathroom is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. The vacation rental includes one parking space with a parking lock and a lockable shed for storing bicycles, strollers, or handcarts.
Optional services:
- Making up the beds: 10.50 EUR per person per stay
