Welcome to Apartment 6 in Building 3 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!
This small 2.5-room apartment on the first floor, which sleeps up to four guests, is the perfect starting point for long days at the beach and extensive sightseeing tours with the whole family thanks to its location:
Just a few meters and the new promenade separate your accommodation from the fine, white sand of the South Beach.
From the combined, tiled living/dining room with an adjoining built-in kitchenette, you’ll find your way to one of the two separate bedrooms. This interior bedroom, featuring laminate flooring, includes a double bed and a large closet with a full-length mirror.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator, and a microwave.
In the living area, you’ll find a dining table that seats four, a three-seater sofa, and a flat-screen TV.
The carpeted children’s bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, a wardrobe (with a safe), and a pine nightstand. A pleated blind on the window ensures privacy.
In the en-suite bathroom, you’ll find a towel warmer, a large shower stall with a glass partition, and an illuminated mirror cabinet with an outlet.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand Südstrand beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
