Welcome to Apartment 34 in Building 4 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!
Thanks to its unique location, this bright corner apartment on the 3rd—and thus top—floor features many windows and access to the exceptionally large corner rooftop terrace. Located in the first row facing the beach, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed, fantastic view of the sea from here and can find a sunny, sheltered spot to relax at any time of day. The rooftop terrace is fully furnished: lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, high-back chairs with cushions, and a large table invite you—even with guests—to enjoy your stay outdoors in beautiful weather.
The large sofa area in the living room not only offers space for all guests but also provides two additional sleeping spots if needed. A flat-screen TV, stereo system, and a variety of books ensure your entertainment in addition to the magnificent ocean view.
In one of the two separate bedrooms, you’ll find a double bed (2 × 90 × 200 cm), another flat-screen TV, cabinets above the bed, and adjustable lamps on either side of the bed. The large built-in closet in the hallway across from the bedroom offers additional storage space.
The second bedroom features a bunk bed with two sleeping areas (each 90 cm × 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a desk with two chairs.
The original, fully equipped country-style kitchen features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and a cozy dining area for shared meals.
The interior shower room features a heated towel rack, a toilet, a shower with sliding doors, a large lighted mirror cabinet, and storage and shelving space.

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” resort comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
