This accommodation stands out for its proximity to the beach—just 80 meters away—and its exceptional ocean view, which will make your vacation a truly special experience. With 50 square meters of living space, this first-floor apartment offers a well-thought-out layout for up to four people. There are two rooms in total: one bedroom and a living room with a cozy sofa area that invites you to relax.
This accommodations are particularly appealing to families, as children are warmly welcomed and two of the sleeping arrangements are specifically designed for children. A high chair is also included. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the amenities needed for self-catering, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and an additional freezer. The dining area with a dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen.
The bathroom features a shower with a tub and a toilet.
A special highlight is the covered balcony with patio furniture, where you can enjoy the fresh sea air. Amenities include a TV, radio, and high-speed Wi-Fi starting at 100 Mbit/s. The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand Südstrand. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
