Welcome to Apartment 7 in Building 1 of the Vier Jahreszeiten resort!
From the balcony of this modern, first-floor apartment, you have a direct, side view of the Baltic Sea. Less than 100 meters from your vacation home lies the fine-sand Südstrand beach and the sparkling Baltic Sea. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea.
This accommodation, which sleeps up to 4 people, is fully equipped for a wonderful vacation:
The kitchenette, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, and all the necessary cooking utensils for cooking and dining together in your vacation rental. The dining table seats 4 people for shared meals and lively conversations.
The large box-spring sofa (sleeping area 140×200) in the living room offers two additional guests a comfortable night’s sleep, in addition to the double bed in the separate bedroom. The blinds on the large window front ensure privacy. The high-quality flat-screen TV will entertain you on cozy evenings on the sofa or in the rocking chair with footstool. Wi-Fi access allows you to plan your next adventures during your vacation without worrying about your data allowance.
In the apartment’s en-suite bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower with sliding shower doors. The integrated mirror lighting and natural design give the bathroom a harmonious feel.
The cozy bedroom, separated from the living room by a folding door, features a double bed (2×80×200 cm), two nightstands, and a spacious closet with a full-length mirror—enough space to store both your vacation wardrobe and your suitcases and bags. An iron and ironing board are available to help you smooth out wrinkled clothes from your suitcase.
Except for the bathroom and kitchen area, the apartment is equipped with cozy, warm cork laminate flooring.
A special highlight: Your very own beach chair is included in the rent and awaits you just 100 meters away from May through September! Beach chair number 124!
Is your dog simply part of the family, even on vacation? He’s warmly welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the Feldmark, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.

Complex:
The "Vier Jahreszeiten" vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand southern beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.

Der Aufenthalt im Hause Vier Jahreszeiten in Großenbrode war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
