Welcome to Apartment 9 in Building 2 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten".
This 46-square-meter, two-room apartment on the first floor features fresh, bright decor and is ideally located near the beach and the promenade. Accommodating up to 4 people, it offers the perfect setting for your family vacation by the sea.
The living/bedroom features a comfortable double bed that can be screened off with a curtain, as well as a large, four-door wardrobe.
The cozy couch and rocking chair in the living area invite you to unwind and relax.
The separate bedroom, featuring a large window, includes a bunk bed and a two-door wardrobe with mirrored doors.
The well-designed kitchenette offers a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and all the amenities you need for self-catering—all in a compact space. You can enjoy your vacation meals together at the large dining table.
The brightly renovated bathroom is modernly equipped with a glass-enclosed shower, a mirror cabinet, a heated towel rack, and an electrical outlet.
The apartment’s floors have been finished with laminate and tile to make them allergy-friendly.
The furnished balcony is a wonderful place to start the day with breakfast in the morning sun.

Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometer-long stretches of coastline, in the open countryside, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the resort are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a gate system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.

Großenbrode ist ein wunderbarer Ort für einen tollen Familienurlaub. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und war für 6 Tage Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist super. Fußläufig ist alles gut erreichbar.
Leider war die Wohnung nicht gut gereinigt. Die Dusche wurde wohl schon länger nicht gereinigt und die Duschbrause war recht vergammelt und sehr verkalkt. Wurde aber nach Beanstandung zügig gewechselt.
Die Lampe über dem Esstisch ist völlig ungeeignet. Man stößt sich ständig den Kopf daran. Die sollte wirklich ausgetauscht werden. Und leider waren nur 3 Stühle vorhanden. Bei einer 4er Belegung schon ungünstig. Haben dann einen Balkonstuhl dazu geholt.
Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung ok. Soweit ist alles nötige vorhanden.
Es müsste nur mal eine richtige Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden.
Hervorheben möchte ich den netten und liebevollen Kontakt mit dem Südstrand-Feriendienst.
