Welcome to Apartment 67 in Building 2 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!
This modern apartment, furnished with thoughtful details and accommodating up to 4 guests on a Baltic Sea vacation, offers a wonderful base for the best time of your year!
The two-room apartment features a living area with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a separate bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 × 80 × 200 cm). In the sleeping area with the double bed—which is separated from the living area by a curtain—a large ceiling fan keeps you cool even on hot nights. A large closet is available here for your luggage.
In the living room, you’ll find a two-seater sofa and an armchair. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection are available for your entertainment.
The furnished south-facing balcony offers you an unobstructed, head-on view of the sea and treats you to plenty of sunshine. Whether for breakfast or a late-afternoon coffee, you can enjoy the sun and the view of the sparkling Baltic Sea from the 7th floor almost all day long. From the separate bedroom, you also have a direct view of the sea. A stereo system and a linen closet are among the additional amenities in this room.
The functional shower room is equipped with a fixed shower screen, electrical outlets, a fold-down shower seat, and an illuminated mirror cabinet.
In the small, charming kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, a mini-oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a 2-burner ceramic stove, as well as all the necessary equipment for preparing and enjoying meals and snacks.
A travel crib is available for our youngest guests.
Is your dog simply part of the family, even on vacation? He’s more than welcome in this apartment! Our tip: Enjoy walks together on the South Beach (only from November to March) or year-round along Großenbrode’s kilometers-long stretches of coastline, in the countryside, or on the unspoiled West Beach near the Fehmarn Sound Bridge.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories high—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
