About this apartment rental
Our lovingly furnished vacation apartments, “Silbermöwe” and “La Paloma,” are located right on the Warnemünde promenade, in the Strandhaus Möwe. From here, you can enjoy a side view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the promenade.
The elegant two-room “Silbermöwe” vacation apartment is approximately 65 square meters in size, designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people, and fully equipped with high-quality PVC flooring with a wood-grain finish, as well as a bathroom and kitchen featuring granite countertops. The cozy, sunny living room (with a double sofa bed) is equipped with a TV, radio, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a double bed. A beautiful bathroom with a tub, shower, and hair dryer is also available. On the sunny, quiet south-facing balcony (with a partially obstructed view), you can relax and enjoy a good glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a cozy dining area. There is an elevator in the building.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).
Please note: Exterior renovation work will take place from mid-September through mid-December. This may cause noise and disruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
At Parkstr. 31, you can rent a parking space from us starting at 6 €/night.
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of one dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons, only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services bookable directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee

Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und war schön sauber. Von dem angepriesenen Südbalkon schaut man direkt auf eine Mauer!!! Im Zuge vom Klimaschutz sollte mit Ressourcen sparsamer umgegangen werden:
Die Mischbatterie im Badzimmer hält nur, wenn der Wasserhahn voll aufgedreht wird und die Heizung im Badezimmer bullert - eine Regelung war nicht möglich.
