Dear guests, welcome to our cozy, comfortably furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde.

Seeperle:
This approximately 40-square-meter, 2-room Seeperle vacation apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is located in the garden area and spans the ground and upper floors, featuring a large garden terrace. You’ll feel right at home here as a vacation guest.
You’ll find all the amenities you need, such as a TV and free Wi-Fi. The living room features a double sofa bed and a dining area; the bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and hair dryer.
The vacation rental has tile or laminate flooring and is reserved for non-smokers. On the large terrace, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and soak up the sun.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. If you book with a dog, an additional final cleaning fee will be charged.

You’re also welcome to book one of the other vacation apartments in the same building—ideal for couples or families traveling together.

Right next door, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast at Weber’s Kaffeehaus.

A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
