About this apartment rental
Our cozy, well-appointed vacation apartment, “Marthe’s Seeblick,” with two balconies, is located right on the Warnemünde promenade. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. You’re sure to enjoy your vacation. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. The elegant two-room vacation apartment “Marthe’s Seeblick,” located on the first floor, is approximately 71 square meters in size, designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people, and fully equipped with hardwood floors and underfloor heating. The spacious living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, an LCD TV, and a radio/CD/DVD player. The bedroom features a double bed, and a travel crib can be provided upon request. Enjoy the sunset by the sea. The large bathroom features a bathtub, a shower stall, and a hair dryer. Two west-facing balconies are perfect for breakfast and dinner—one with a direct view of the sea, and one overlooking the spa gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. A small storage room is available for use within the apartment. This vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers.
The initial amenities provided include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night (if available).

Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference participants, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
