about the very comfortable, approximately 75-square-meter vacation apartment on the upper floor of our house.
It offers views of the mountains and the garden.
This apartment is suitable for 2-6 (7) people.
The apartment consists of an entryway, a kitchen area with a dining table, and a living area with a pull-out couch, a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200, 1 bunk bed 90x180—ideal for 2 adults and 2 children), 1 bedroom with a 190x200 cm double bed (newly built in Nov 2022), and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and infrared sauna.
The apartment is equipped with a TV (flat screen), dishes, glasses, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, hair dryer, and high chair.
Bed linens and towels are provided upon request and for an additional fee.
Please order before arrival: €15 per person per stay for a bedding set; €10 per person per stay for a towel set
Chairs, a table, and a grill are available for your use in the garden/on the terrace. (Available to all guests)

Our vacation home was built between 1820 and 1840.
For many years, this historic, protected building housed a café run by the Kaufmann family.
Hence the name: Ferienhaus Kaufmanns Cafe
The 9th and 10th guests sleep in the first-floor apartment (OG 1), and the 7th guest sleeps on a sofa bed in the living room of the third-floor apartment (OG 3). We love old, restored furniture and infuse the space with our personal style.
Our large vacation apartment 1 on the upper floor was renovated in 2016, and the smaller one on the first floor in 2018–19.
Both are rustic, cozy, and functionally furnished.
The third vacation apartment on the upper floor was newly built in 2019. In 2022, a second bedroom was added. It features rustic, modern, and contemporary furnishings.
Bed linens and towels are NOT included; they are available for a fee (per person/stay; bed linens €15 / towels €10)
On-site costs: A 100% prepayment may be charged after booking. Free cancellation is not possible at any time. A 100% cancellation fee applies. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site or contactlessly via our key safe. Pets are not allowed—unfortunately, NOT even upon request. Cot/extra bed available upon request. Tourist tax: Free for ages 0–5, €1.20 for ages 6–16, €3.00 for adults. Security deposit: €100. Meals: None Included: Wi-Fi, bed linens €15, towels €10 (per person per stay). Final cleaning: Ground-floor apartment: €75; Apartment 3rd Floor: €90; Apartment 1st Floor: €100. One parking space is available, but for a fee.
