It's a good studio in a good location: it's easy to use public transport (trams 18, 62 or metro near Westbahnhof) and there're also many shops, including Ikea and Westbahnhof shopping center. It was quick and easy to get there by tram 18 from Hauptbahnhof and the apartment is very close to the tram station. The area is also very quiet (at least apt #10), so we could sleep with the windows open and it wasn't noisy neither at night, nor in the morning.
The host was responsive and helpful: someone took the iron away from the laundry room and we were given another.
Also there's AC (we didn't use it), hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The shower cabin is huge.
There are minor things, but still it may be helpful to know in advance:
- the laundry room is shared and you have to pay additionally for washing and drying (and you need two 1 EUR coins for each),
- no laundry detergent! so we bought one and left it there,
- the iron and ironing desk, as well as the laundry washing stand, are shared, so you must do everything in advance, because it may not be there when you need it,
- very few kitchen utensils, so if you plan to cook, it may be a problem,
- only 1 tea towel.
We stayed for a week and I'd appreciate more bath towels, but I didn't ask for an additional one.
Also the bed sheet was old and there were holes in it, not tiny. It didn't impact my sleep, but c'mon, it's definitely time to change it.
The kitchen is very small and there's only one small table in the bedroom. All in all: it's good for several nights, but for a longer stay it wasn't very comfortable.

Location was excellent near Westbahnhof. Very close to shopping and restaurants
Couch was very uncomfortable and beds could have been easier to get in and out of. The TV didn’t work for the whole time we were there.

Firstly the apartment was just like on the pictures. It really felt like home. Secondly truly appreciated the open communication with the host. We had an enjoyable stay in Vienna.

The location was pretty good. There are grocery stores nearby and two metro stations within walking distance.
The Wi-Fi signal was good.
Thank you, Wolfgang, for the clear check-in instructions — everything went smoothly — and for responding so quickly. After check-out, you can leave your luggage right in the building completely free of charge.
As for the location, be prepared to come across quite a lot of people from the more troubled side of society — there’s a train station nearby, as well as a rehabilitation centre for people with drug addictions. We were also woken up by children screaming in the mornings, as there was a primary school right next to the building.
The apartment has a rather “interesting” design — the windows from the bathroom and the hallway look directly into the shared corridor.
I would also like to mention the unacceptable cleaning service. The shower floor was dirty and very slippery, so I actually had to buy rubber slippers just to be able to take a shower.
The bed linen and towels smelled as if they had already been used by someone else.
The kitchen is basically useless. It’s very small and uncomfortable to cook in. There was no cooking oil, even though there were frying pans. There was also no extra kitchenware, such as a bowl, grater or colander.
The fridge was literally coming out of the cabinet whenever we opened it. It wasn’t properly secured, which is a safety issue.
The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate room and can only be used for an additional fee. I honestly don’t think that’s reasonable. Apparently, there is also parking somewhere, but you need to ask about it in advance… I wouldn’t be surprised if that also came with an extra charge.))
