Single storey villa with flat roof built in 2020.
This resolutely modern style Villa has been tastefully furnished around high quality materials. It has been designed to be turned towards outdoor spaces and its mirror infinity pool.
Artists' pieces add a cozy touch to any room.
The central room, comprising a kitchen with central island, a living room with sliding glass fireplace and a dining room, is bathed in light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows of all heights.
Villa Giulia is very pleasant to live in thanks to its very high quality services and its living area of 240 m2 including:
- a Master Bedroom with bathroom (shower + bath + toilet) and dressing room,
- a double bedroom with shower room, toilet and dressing room,
- a bedroom (double or 2 single beds) with shower room and toilet,
- a bedroom (double or 2 single trundle beds or 4 single beds) with bathroom (shower + bath + toilet)
- a desk-TV with sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed
- a living-dining room with open kitchen and central island
- a small independent double bedroom with TV, shower room and toilet (ideal for teenagers or young couple) [bedroom with a French window]
- A gym - Independent TV lounge with sofa bed Convertible (sleeps 2) 20m2 [optional on request]
- a separate toilet
- a laundry room with fridge, storage, sink, washing machine and dryer and water softener.
- two outdoor terraces with a total surface area of 200m2 with wooden deckchairs, double four-poster bed, outdoor lounges &
- an outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge, cupboard and professional gas barbecue
- a 12m by 6m mirror infinity pool [optional heating]
- a closed garage adjoining the villa of 40m2
- a closed outdoor parking lot for 4 spaces
- A fenced garden of 1400M2
- An adjoining swimming pool technical room of 15m2
Optional and on request: Fitness Room with Sofa Bed (350 eur per week) and Pool Heating (300 eur per week).
Each stay includes check-in cleaning, check-out cleaning and two times two hours of mandatory cleaning during your stay [check-in and check-out = 200EUR to be paid to the concierge upon arrival]
In order to guarantee coherence and unity at the height of the standing of the house, linen and towels are necessarily managed and provided directly by the concierge. This service is to be paid on arrival and the cost is 20EUR per person per week.
A partnership with Magasin Bio à proximité allows you to benefit from free deliveries and negotiated prices (-20% on the entire store).
Other options and services (chef, sports lessons, boat trips or wine tours, etc.) are available on request from our concierge such as the arrival fuel.

We stayed at Villa Giulia with our family and pet springer spaniel Bertie. We had the very best of times at this amazing villa. Everything about the villa and pool was fantastic. The rooms, garden, pool and facilities were fabulous. The outdoor space and pool deck, with the modern built in BBQ, was brilliant. The location was secluded and secure which made our stay with our dog so easy. The villa had everything you could possibly need and much more. The location was both very convenient and had some good shopping close by and within an easy stroll. We would definitely love to stay again and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Everything was perfect. Many thanks to Romain and Audrey and the service staff who made our stay so welcoming and enjoyable. Thank you again

With a group of friends we had a fantastic time in this fabulous villa. The villa, the pool, the secluded garden, etc ... everything was more than one could ask for. With no steps in the house, it was very accessible with a wheelchair. All communication with owner Romain was perfect and the Concierge

We had a great time with family and friends in this beautiful house. The rooms are well organized and furnished, from every room there is a beautiful view into the well designed garden.Although , the house is very close to a commercial area, when you are inside or in the garden the feeling is very remote, you only see green and hills.The house is a great hub for various activities, sightseeing in Cannes, St. Tropez, etc, golfing, cycling.We were traveling with our tetraplegic daughter. With no steps in the house, it was very accessible. Although the bathrooms are not designed accessible, there was enough space to roll in with the commode chair. We had great 2 weeks and will definitely come back.Thank you so much for having us.
