Set in a historic Roman building and curated with high-end antiques and French Empire-style furnishings, it offers a bright, timeless atmosphere, ideal for families, couples, and small groups who want privacy, comfort, and an unbeatable walkable location.

The Space:
Located on the 3rd floor of a historic Roman building (with elevator), the apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
• A beautiful master suite with a king-size bed and a private bathroom
• A second bedroom with two single beds and a second full bathroom
• High ceilings and large windows typical of historic Roman residences
• A welcoming living area with two large sofas (one converts into a double sofa bed)
• A striking antique marble mosaic dining table seating up to 6 and a 50” wall-mounted TV
• A practical walk-in closet for comfortable, well-organized longer stays
Kitchen & Laundry:
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living and features Miele appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, plus a Nespresso machine and all the essentials for cooking and dining. A dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer makes longer stays especially convenient.

Location & Superb Host Edoardo made this vacation perfect! Apartment description & online photos are accurate. My group consisted of 4 adults so there was plenty of space for us and sufficient storage for all of our luggage. Great for guests who want to be in walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain & Colosseum. Great for those that love fashion & want to shop and enjoy various dining opportunities. Currency exchange/offsite luggage storage for early arrivals was near the apartment. Edoardo’s private mini van arrangements from airport to apartment & from apartment to Civitavecchia (cruise ship terminal) was a smooth process & reasonably priced. Responses to questions before booking, during the stay & after departure were very timely. Elevator & washer/dryer were great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

…on top of that, a very well-run operation by Edoardo Gallo and his team! We stayed at Edoardo’s Spagna Apartment in the Summer. We were lucky to book with him for 3 out of our 4 nights in Rome.Edoardo was a gracious host. He arranged a transfer from the airport which was well-received by our family after our over-seas flight. Upon arrival, he met us at the apartment and gave us a tour. It was clean, well-appointed, well-maintained, and air-conditioned! He also prepared a binder full of instructions for the appliances in the apartment and a generous list of recommended restaurants. Edoardo was available by text or phone if we had any questions, with a quick response time. He was very easy to communicate with and his English is very good.The building has a dramatic grand entrance with its elegant wooden doors, decorative ironwork, expansive ceiling, beautiful marble stairwell, a charming elevator, and a concierge.The street of the apartment is part of a very lively neighborhood in the historic district. Within walking distance to- The Spanish Steps and other tourist attractions, prime high-end shopping, smaller shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and many spots for souvenirs.We enjoyed several lovely restaurant meals from Edoardo’s list and also enjoyed cooking our own meals in the Spagna kitchen.Highly recommend! Our stay was comfortable and spacious for our family. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a perfect 4 days with our 17 visiting our 21 year old. The apartment is beautiful and perfect location. The property manager was very responsive and gave us great restaurants off the tourist path. Loved it all. We hope to return.

The apartment was in a great location near the Spanish Steps, a short walk to most of the sites and to shopping. However the interior of the apartment needs renovations. It is simple and the bathrooms are bleak, tiny and somewhat dirty. There was an odor in both bathrooms that we could not get rid of. It was just two of us so we luckily did not need the second bedroom. I used it as a dressing room. This room is made for (2) children not for Adults. This is a good place if you are not looking for any luxuries and a simple place in center city works for you. We had an extended stay so we did not enjoy the apartment. I definitely needs to be freshened up for the price. Also sheets and towels were not good quality, and the mattresses are firm and low quality.
