Very nice and helpful staff; very clean in a great location.
Honestly, it's time to replace mattress.

Location was fantastic -easy walking distance to downtown, metro station right outside the hotel. We took the metro from the airport and it went very smoothly. Staff were very helpful. Particularly liked the free beverages by the front door (ex. juice, coffee) and the added bonus of a pastiche de nata - yum! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. Room was comfortable.
nothing - very happy with my hotel choice

Bathroom was spacious.
Bedroom was tiny and the bathroom was too big. No storage space to hang clothes or drawers to put clothes in.
