Summary: Paradise in The Pines is a spacious luxury log cabin - sleeps 11 - nestled in a private cul de sac surrounded by nature’s beauty yet conveniently located just 5 min from Dollywood. Easy to get to with paved roads & plenty of flat parking, this unique home away from home is the perfect location to enjoy all that the Smoky Mountains have to offer. Located in Alpine Mountain Village, chosen by Southern Living Magazine as a top Family Resort. We allow 1 dog (under 40lbs& additional fee) The Space: As soon as you walk through the door, you will experience what makes this log cabin so special. Beautifully decorated with slightly modern touches that complement the true essence of the log cabin with its stunning wood finishes throughout the property. On the main floor, you are greeted with expansive high ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of warm light, and stylishly appointment furniture surrounding the stone gas fireplace to enjoy with your friends and family. Guests can also enjoy cooking in the recently updated kitchen or use the gas grill outdoors complete with all the utensils needed to make every meal memorable. From the main level, you will find the first of three expansive wraparound decks where you can enjoy the sheer beauty of the Smoky Mountains over a cup of coffee or tea. The spacious and comfortable 2,500+ sq. cabin sleeps 11, with 3 KING bedroom suites, each with its own private bathroom, a large bunk bed (sleeps 3) in the loft area, and a big comfortable sleeper sectional downstairs. Every King bedroom is well-appointed with a two-person jacuzzi for a little pampering and private bathroom. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor five-person jacuzzi and TV on the deck after a long day exploring the sights. When guests are not out exploring, they can escape to the Game Room downstairs for a bit of fun playing pool, electronic dart board, arcade with over 100+ games, PlayStation 4, Foosball, ping pong or just sit back and relax in the home theater complete with a large TV with top of the line surround sound system. The game room also has a wet bar and an additional bathroom in the game room area. Another half-bathroom is also located on the main floor. A large sleeper sectional is located in this area. The loft area upstairs is where the large bunk bed is located and also has a TV connected to an XBOX for all to enjoy. Guest Access: You will be able to enjoy the whole property and the amenities of the community. The Neighborhood: Just a 5-7 minute drive to the main road which has several restaurants and shops. Close to several top attractions as well as hiking trails. ATTRACTIONS (A few listed below) - Dollywood - 4.2 miles - Ober Gatlinburg (ski in winter) - 13.3 miles - Anakeesta - 2.6 miles - Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster - 3.1 miles - Titanic Museum 1.5 miles - NASCAR SpeedPark - 2.5 miles - Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies - 10.2 miles - Five Oaks Riding Stables - 2.6 miles HIKING + NATURE (Just to name a few) - Grotto Falls Trail - 13.8 miles - Laurel Falls Trail - 17 miles - Cades Cove - 31 miles - Clingman's Dome - 32 miles Getting Around: The house is easily accessible through large roads and provides plenty of parking for guests right outside the cabin. While located in a resort surrounded by beautiful pine forest, you are only minutes away from Pigeon Forge's and Gatlinburg's main attractions ! Other Things to Note: CLEANING Our cleaning crew ensures that the cabin is ready for you to enjoy upon check-in and follows all COVID-19 cleaning guidelines. To ensure proper cleaning protocols are enforced, we are not currently able to offer an early check-in or late checkout at this time. The cabin also has a washer and dryer available on the premises. TVs + WiFi The cabin has the best WiFI in the area. All bedrooms, living room area, game room and outdoor jacuzzi area have TVs with access to various streaming platforms, including Netflix. Guests can lnk to their accounts. FOR THE KIDS As parents, we know that traveling with the kiddos requires additional luggage. To simplify your stay, we have two pack and plays, a high chair and two child security gates for your convenience. RESORT AMENITIES Access to two pools during the summer months starting in May and closing after Labor day on September 6. One pool conveniently located a short walk down the road. A chapel can also be found onsite. FIREPLACE: Fireplaces are off from April 1st to September 30th. Interaction with Guests: Our guest is at the center of all our priorities. We ensure the cabin is welcoming making you feel at home for you to relax and enjoy, leaving us to take care of anything else!

The cabin is an absolutely beautiful home. Our family joined from several states to enjoy Christmas in Pigeon Forge together. The rental is very close to town which made it very convenient for our daily adventures. Upon arrival, the home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had a few concerns the first day and contacted host. Several more issues arose during the stay and these issues have also been shared with the host. Overall, this is a wonderful rental and with some concerns being addressed with owners and housekeeping, we would recommend this property for a family vacation.

This was a great vacation. Really nice cabin with tons of space and easy parking- we didn't have time to use the hot tub but loved the game room. It's definitely in the mountains (we saw a bear our last day) but it's a quick drive to Pigeon Forge. You can drive to just about anywhere in Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the Island in under 15 minutes. (PSA- when you leave the cabins, you take a left to go to Pigeon Forge- that road is easy. If you go right, it's still ok but there's a lot of curves and as someone who lives in a flat area, I was scared.)

We spent 5 nights in the cabin and had a great time. Our host was super to communicate with. The cabin itself was very clean and has a nice hot-tub on the back porch. The multiple decks gave everyone some privacy to enjoy some peace and quiet. The location is perfect to me. About 3-4 minutes down to the strip. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels like you are miles away in the mountains. The cabin is in a small culdesac so there was no drive by traffic which we love. We saw a huge black bear a couple of time which was really cool. There are turkeys and deer all throughout the development as well. Furnishings are in nice shape and the kitchen is well stocked to cook if you want. Plenty of space for everyone in this cabin. For the price we felt this was an A+ VRBO. Thank you Jean-Baptiste! We will be returning.

My husband, our 6 kids, and my parents stayed here and we were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the three stories - each with a large bedroom and en suite bathroom, as well as the loft area with the large bunk bed. We also liked the downstairs game area for the kids to enjoy the smart tv, DVD player, video games, and pool table. It was also nice to be close to the activities in town but also feel secluded in the cabin. I would definitely book this place again.

First night (Tuesday), the neighbors were loud and it was hard to fall asleep at 11:30pm. Thursday night my son saw a raccoon on the third floor balcony. I was awoken by a raccoon or raccoons later that night on main floor.

This cabin is absolutely wonderful and spacious. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the hot tub. But I especially love that the drive to get to it is not crazy. That was important for me. Its so close to everything. Location is PERFECT. Highly recommend the Superliner Diner down the street at the red light. Also Jean Baptiste email responses were super fast and helpful. Highly recommend this lovely retreat.

This was our second stay at this cabin and it has been remodeled and is as beautiful as it was on our last visit. Great host - great communication. We love the location of this cabin and location to the main strip of Pigeon Forge. Hope to return next fall!

This year was our third straight in the area and this cabin was the best experience so far. The property matched the listing perfectly. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time and there was plenty for us to do when we weren’t out exploring the area. The beds were extremely comfortable, the jacuzzis and hot tub were used extensively, and the basement game room was put to good use. Everyone really appreciated how close the cabin is to town.
The downsides are minor. For one, the beds and floors are creaky and very loud. Made for some awkwardness when trying to celebrate our anniversary. You could also easily hear conversations in other areas of the house, including televisions. The pool table does tilt towards the couch, but the overall condition is very good.
This is a wonderful property and I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you fot a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful cabin, great location! Spent a long weekend with the kids and a couple of friends. Cabin was exactly as advertised. Well-maintained. Very clean. Plenty of space for all to enjoy themselves. Locations simply could not have been better to all of the craziness that pigeon Forge has to offer. If we ever go back again, we will definitely rent again!

We enjoyed every bit of our family vacation stay at this property. It has everything a family needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Just a mile from all Pigeon Forge attractions and still tucked away for some calm. Highly recommend this property for family getaway!!

Tennessee getaway
This was our first trip to the area and this house definitely didn't disappoint. Great location! Beautiful home! We had young kids (ages 6-2) and the kids loved all the games downstairs. Very occomadating!

Great stay at this cabin! They provided a high chair, baby gates, and pack n play which made it very convenient. There were a few things lacking in the kitchen (dish drainer, dish rag). We just picked one up at the dollar store! The decks and hot tub were a favorite of the family! Location is convenient but road to it is kind of winding. Game room was also a favorite! Would definitely recommend this cabin!!

Nice neighborhood & nice property
The property is located in a scenic community up in the hills, yet only 5 minutes to local shopping, restaurants & attractions. It’s just like the online pictures showed & well-managed. Complete set of kitchen utensils, lots of dvd movies, clean heated outdoor jacuzzi, even has child-proof gates stored in the laundry room in case a visiting family with infants needs to block off the staircase! Minor maintenance request was promptly taken care of. Overall very pleasant stay… will recommend to friends.
