The location could not have been better as a base to explore Siena and the surrounding countryside..the comfortable AC rooms were beautifully decorated. Ela was a wonderful "host" who helped us with numerous queries both prior and during our stay. Wonderful restaurants and sites are all within walking distance and there is one right next door which was outstanding. All bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed by some stairs so not suitable if reliant on a lift.
Not a big negative but breakfasts aren't included. There is however a communal area where you can make tea/coffee with simple breads and biscuits provided . There also is tea / coffee/kettle in the rooms.
