The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Good location for access to Termini.
The room was OK but the hotel as a whole seemed quite rundown and needs a spruce up. Luggage storage not really secure, though staff were nearby. I realise its a 2 star but it needs modernising.

The staff was so welcoming, cheerful and helpful. They offered a hearty breakfast in a charming setting. The rooms were not fancy but they were much bigger than I expected, and they had everything you needed: extra bedding, AC, and a good supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Daily maid service. The location was excellent. It was a short walk from the train station, and bus service was just around the corner. We went to the two restaurants across the street several times, and they had good food at a reasonable price.
It would have been nice to have a lift, but the young man at the front desk took my suitcase up for me.

Great location, spotlessly clean and a marvellous breakfast. Everyone was very friendly.
Slightly noisy from air conditioning units nearby I think, but I am a very light sleeper so probably wouldn't disturb most people.

Breakfast had a good selection on offer. Waitress was very helpful and friendly.
