Beautiful rooms with loads of space. We had a huge round sunken bath in the separate bathroom area.
Relaxing tranquil surroundings with a nice pool and ducks and peacocks in the garden area. Location is just across the road from the beach but you will need a car to get into Tarifa town
Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner in the hotel is well worth doing as it was excellent and a really romantic al fresco setting.

The area is lovely and the hotel is set in beautiful surroundings. The rooms are spacious, but somewhat outdated. Given the price point, complimentary water and decent coffee in the room would have been appreciated
I booked this stay specifically for the horseback riding, as the hotel (or a neighbouring property) advertised longer rides through the stunning surrounding landscape. The stables and horses are clearly very well maintained, which I appreciated greatly. However, the price‑to‑quality ratio of the ride was quite outrageous compared to other rides I’ve done elsewhere.
During the 3.5‑hour ride, we spent most of the ride at a walk, with only about 15 minutes of galloping. We also followed the same route twice due to changed conditions (which is understandable), but given the high price, some form of compensation or a more challenging ride—especially as promised on the website—would have been greatly appreciated.
