Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours! ​​​​​​​ Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). The first guest bedroom offers one Queen bed and the second guest bedroom offers two Queen beds. On the second floor, guests will find a wonderful open concept floor plan with a newly updated appliances in the kitchen, a large 55" HD Smart TV, a comfortable living space and plenty of seating around the dining table (6) and bar seating (4). The secondo floor balcony is a great space to enjoy morning coffee of evening cocktails while watching the sunset over the marsh. Enjoy grilling? The new Weber gas grill located on the back side of the cottage will be the perfect spot to grill your catch of the day! The fun spiral staircase will take guests to the third floor balcony with a birds eye view of the marshes below. Details of the Heated Community Pool: From Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon every weekend between September 22 and May 21. Thanksgiving weekend from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday afternoon Christmas week from December 24 afternoon through January 1 afternoon Spring Break from March 15 through April 15. Any other days may be heated upon request for $50 per day, paid in advance to SSCCNA. Pool heating is not available (nor desirable) from May 22 through September 21. Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized.
