The location of this cozy 70-square-meter home is ideal for combining tranquility with easy access to a variety of activities. Here, you can create your own adventure within the Ardèche National Nature Reserve. Hiking, kayaking, exploring—enjoy your time exactly as you wish.

This cozy, fully air-conditioned house features, on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric stovetop, toaster, iron…), a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa and a 4K flat-screen TV, and a separate half-bath. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms—one with a 160-cm bed and the other with two single beds—and a bathroom with a toilet. A laundry room with a dryer and washing machine is available for your use.
Relax by the pool, which offers a splendid view of the Ardèche mountains, or enjoy a drink on the 15-square-meter south-facing shaded terrace.
For your comfort, we provide linens and free Wi-Fi.
"La Roche" offers personalized services to make your stay unforgettable.
During the summer season (July and August), rentals are available only on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday).
The rest of the year, the minimum stay is two nights.

Très bon emplacement, au calme et proche des commodités et activités. La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Il y a suffisamment d'espaces de rangement. Le fait de trouver les lits faits et le linge de maison disponible est un plus.
Les propriétaires sont réactifs et disponibles.
