Great location right in the heart of the historic area of Naples. Enzo the owner was very accommodating. He gave us a list of places to visit, as well as very good restaurant options. The rooftop breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order eggs cooked exactly the way you liked them.

The property was located in the Ma li in tourist area and was incredibly convenient to sites and the Metro. The room was large and incredibly comfortable, secure and in an old building. It was an oasis in the madness of the city Napoli. On top of this contact with the 4Heavens team could not have been more helpful. Enzo our main contact advised us of the best transfer from the Airport to the location. Met us at the door and his cheerful pleasant kind manner settled us in quickly and explained where things were to get the holiday rolling. He also chatted to us each day and gave advice and helped with any minor issues we had promptly. Thank you Enzo, a lovely person. Also the larger team at 4Heavens who made the trip very enjoyable and cleaned our room every day if required making it to be a memorable stay in Naples.
Nothing.

The staff was very friendly and helped me when they could.
I have a leg issue that makes stairs very difficult for me. I booked a room in a building with an elevator. The owner switched my room to a different building on the third floor without an elevator basically ruined my trip to Naples. The owner stated on the phone that there was no other room available, and will try to switch in the next couple of days. The owner never called us again. My legs were so tired and weak from the stairs that the rest of the trip was very difficult.
