The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the metro, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
The neighborhood is safe and less crowded, providing a peaceful atmosphere. There are nice cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing breakfast without the need to prepare it yourself. The air conditioning works fine, ensuring a comfortable stay. The owner is very responsive, replying quickly on WhatsApp, and the check-in process was straightforward.
The elevator is small and slow, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have luggage. There is only one iron available for all rooms, requiring guests to search for it. The shower glass is broken, and the soap dispenser is also broken, which are basic amenities that should be functional. Noise from other guests can be heard in the corridor and common kitchen, which might disturb your peace. The front door is broken, which is a security concern. Room cleaning is only available on demand, and the cleaning lady was quite loud, speaking on her phone on loudspeaker and throwing things, making it difficult to rest or nap.

Nice room with pleasant decor. Clean and kitchen available
Hard to gain access. There were many many sirens outside most of the day and part of the night apparently there is a large hospital nearby.

Room was nice and clean.
The owner was unresponsive when my husband and I arrived and needed to store our luggage. The numbers and listings on the door did not indicate that the room was on the fifth floor of the building. When we came back to check in only 10 minutes early, the owner responded and told us to come back in 10 minutes, so no flexibility whatsoever. The listing says that they will provide a ride to the airport at a small fee, but when I inquired about the ride, I was told to download a taxi app which was not helpful. Overall, the room was nice and clean, but the customer service did not meet our expectations and the long delay in responding from the owner was unacceptable.
