About this apartment rental
Apartment No. 131 (first floor), which is approximately 91 m² in size, features 4 cheerfully furnished rooms. Your beautiful southeast-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, is perfect for sunbathing. The apartment also includes a small plot of land.
The three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, two single beds, and a bunk bed. For our younger guests, a travel crib with a mattress is available.
In addition to the bathroom with shower and toilet, the apartment has an additional guest restroom. A washing machine is also available for your use.
The modern kitchen features a 4-burner stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
The floor is covered with high-quality PVC flooring. Bicycles can be stored in a storage room. Of course, an outdoor parking space is available. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

The Sünnslag vacation resort offers cozy apartments and semi-detached homes for a relaxing vacation in a quiet, green, yet central location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 400 m away.
Pets are allowed in some units.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
Each unit comes with a parking space.

Looking for a spot in the sun? Then our well-known Sünnslag vacation complex (Low German for "sunny location"), with 67 apartments and semi-detached homes, is your ideal vacation destination.
You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or patio. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases a separate kitchen, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal über den Jahreswechsel in dieser tollen Wohnung! Nach dem letzten Aufenthalt hatten wir ein paar " Anregungen ". Wir waren diesmal so angenehm überrascht!!!! Alles was wir in die Bewertung geschrieben hatten ,war getauscht, bzw. vorhanden. Absolut top!!! Vielen lieben Dank an Nordic und den Eigentümern !!!! Es war, wie nach Hause kommen!!!! Boltenhagen haben wir nun das 10. Mal besucht und mittlerweile buchen wir nur noch über Nordic!!! In dieser Wohnung werden wir sicher, wenn sie dann noch frei ist, wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen
