Vacation Apartment 08-7 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.
You’ll be staying in a bright, 4-room apartment on the 1st floor, with approximately 70 square meters of living space and a southwest-facing balcony. The vacation rental features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The Papillon vacation complex is located approximately 250 meters from the beach.
Enjoy plenty of sunshine on the furnished balcony, which is accessible from the living room. The cozy living room features a comfortable corner sofa and a dining area for 6 people. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment.
The practical kitchenette includes an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a 4-burner stovetop. The bedroom on the lower level is furnished with a sleeper sofa (140 x 195 cm) and a wardrobe. Laminate flooring was chosen for the basement.
An internal staircase in the living room leads you to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm), as well as a wardrobe. The windows in the bedrooms are covered with roller shades. The floor on the upper level is covered with laminate flooring.
There is a tiled shower room with a separate toilet and two sinks. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. A maximum of one pet is allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
In Building 8, coin-operated washers and dryers are available to our guests in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.
Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid parking lots in town.

Children are warmly welcomed in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, soaring through the air on the swing, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.
Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Der Urlaub war wie immer sehr schön. Die Unterkunft und der service von Nordic war sehr gut.

Unterkunft sehr sauber und ordentlich in einer Top-Lage, allerdings etwas hellhörig, gebührenfreie Parkplätze sind eine Rarität und jeder Wohnung steht nur ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet, mit 6 Personen wird es zu eng
Der Grundruss auf den Fotos stimmt aber nicht. Im unteren Geschoss befindet sich ein kleines Zimmer( für eine Person ok) mit einer gemütlichen Schlafcouch. Im oberen Geschoss befindet sich ein Zimmer mit einem Boxsping Doppelbett ( für Hausstauballergiker nicht unbedingt Empfehlenswert, da Bettkasten und Rückwand mit Stoff bezogen) mit durchgehender Matatzenauflage ( bei eigener Bettwäsche unbedingt ein grosses Spannbettlaken mitbringen) das andere Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Matratzen sind gut. Das einzige was wir bemängeln ist das Geschirr. Alles kunterbunt zusammen gewürfelt und sehr unordentlich und lieblos in die Schränke gestellt. Hier fehlt ein normales Kaffeegeschirr mit kleinen Tassen und Unterteller und vor allem Gläser. In Anbetracht der hohen Endreinigungskosten haben wir es uns verkniffen die Schränke aufzuräumen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Alles Fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Ort Boltenhagen sehr klein mit gemütlichen Ecken. An manchen Stellen noch sehr altbacken und vieles noch Renovierungsbedürftig. Auffallend war die unheimliche Freundlichkeit der Einheimischen, egal ob Kellner, Verkäufer oder Einwohner. Überall freundlich und hilfsbereit. Buchung und Abwicklung alles Problemlos und gut. Vielen Dank.
