The vacation rental has three rooms, including two bedrooms, all of which are located on the upper floor. The “Wittsande 10” apartment has a living area of approximately 82 m². The apartment features an open-concept living/dining area, including a high-quality kitchen and a balcony. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (160x200 cm with full-length mattresses). There are also two spacious bathrooms (one with a glass shower and one with a bathtub), each equipped with a sink and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. One parking space in the underground garage is available for the “Wittsande 10” apartment.

One free parking space is available for each apartment.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sauber und gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, hochwertige Einrichtung. Sehr gut: elektrisch bedienbare Insektennetze und Plissees zur Verdunkelung. Großzügige Tiefgaragenstellplätze mit Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.
Zum Strand und in die Fußgängerzone/Bäcker sind es jeweils 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
