My husband and I took our parents to Napa to celebrate my Mom and Mother-in-Law’s 70th birthdays. The home looks just as pictured; truly fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom was great. The upstairs room is warmer than those downstairs, so I would have people choose rooms with that in mind. Not at all uncomfortable, just a tip. Check in couldn’t have been easier. Julie gave us the tour upon arrival, and the communication with Mark was always seamless. Location is great; easy drive to wineries. I would stay here over and over again. House was perfect. Great location, easy drive to town and wineries. Back area, including pool and hot tub felt very secluded, including backdrop of winery. Property manager, Julie, was very helpful and responsive during stay. Looking forward to next time.

This was a bachelorette trip for my cousin.This was the most wonderful place I have stayed. Julie, the property manager, was so wonderful and accommodating. The property itself is so beautiful, we didn’t even need to leave to go into downtown. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed. All 7 of us were comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. The outdoor space is kept up with so beautifully. The garden by the pool is were we hung out most. There is a washer and dryer, plenty of closet space for clothes, and the pool was great to have after time out downtown. The property is about 8mins to downtown Napa and 30mins to the vineyards. I cannot say enough great things about this property. BOOK THIS!

Villa RayEl was an amazing place. We loved our stay in the house and it's location! It was exactly as described in the listing- a beautiful Italian Villa with vineyard views. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and communicated well with us as well did the owners prior to our vacation. We definitely will return to this rental on our next trip to Napa.

We came as a family to run the Napa Marathon/races. Location is very convenient to finish line. House was meticulously clean, and the sound of the rushing river near the hot tub was wonderful. We loved cooking in the kitchen. Thank you for a great stay.

We rent this property several times a year and it never disappoints! It's always clean, very well-appointed (kitchen supplies, towels, etc), and so comfortable. The house manager, Julie, is very responsive, helpful, and lovely to work with. Highly recommend this wonderful spot!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful creekside home. It was perfect for our first trip with my cousins in over 2 years. At the time we booked our trip we were not anticipating being in Napa during an “atmospheric river”. Fortunately the home owners went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience despite unusual weather conditions. I cant wait to go back in the warmer months to enjoy the outdoor patio and pool.

The property was just perfect for our visit to Napa Valley for 5 days. The pics are true to the villa, which is designed and decorated in the style of the Mediterranean. The pool, which we did not use (December) was private and would be perfect for a summer visit (which we may certainly do); the hot tub, which we did use, was perfect for the visit, and we used after having cocktails each evening by the fire table, The location was ideal to travel to downtown Napa, Yountville, and Calistoga during our stay, but the villa itself is located on a curve which apparently has a cautionary history. Be careful traveling onto and away from the property, but otherwise we will plan a future visit during warmer months. Finally, Julie, the property manager was pleasant, responsive and helpful with ideas for our stay.

A very comfortable, roomy & inviting property, a perfect Napa getaway. Though just off Hwy.29 & the hustle of Napa City, it feels isolated and removed. Very attractive outdoor space, it’s an easy locale to use as a home base amidst the attractions of the Valley. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We spent a week at the house celebrating our friend's 50th birthday. The house was beautiful and perfect for the 6 of us. The location was perfect for visiting the wineries and spending some time in downtown Napa. We truly enjoyed our time at the house.

The home is beautiful with ample space for our group of 6. Incredibly close to downtown restaurants and several nearby wineries. Easy communication with owner and property manager. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next trip!

Lovely home, manager met us right on time. Pool and hot tub were put to good use. Lots of room for the six of us. Everything worked as advertised. Only downside to be aware of is that the property sits very close to a road with a far amount of traffic. Super clean and well stocked.

This is an absolutely terrific property. To start, communication and friendliness with both the property manager and owners was delightful. The location is not far from anything in Napa and provides a perfect quiet, relaxing home-base for you & your group. In my case, the small wedding party that joined us for the weekend was more than ecstatic at the house. The different areas for gathering (upstairs, small deck, outer, larger deck, and the downstairs—the latter being especially nice, cool, and quiet on such a hot weekend!) were visited quite often during our stay. Very clean, comfortable beds, solid AC (on what was the hottest weekend in Napa I can remember), a very nice and functional kitchen, Wi-Fi that was high-speed with 10+ devices online, chromecasts on each TV….annnnnnnd all the drawers and devices that aren’t self-explanatory are labeled. Amazing! Exactly what we were hoping for. Already planning the next trip, as I don’t think I’ll be able to visit Napa with the same group of friends without staying at this wonderful villa.

The house was great! It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Everything is clearly marked and easy to use. We spent most of the day at wine tastings and the pool and spa were perfect for relaxing at night. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I stayed at this property with 5 of my cousins, for a girls trip in Napa, and the property was gorgeous! It was well kept, and clean. The tile flooring was really pretty on the inside. The pool and hot tub were also very clean and a also our of our favorite parts of the villa. We enjoyed our time spent there very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this Tuscan-style villa tucked into the countryside near Napa. The place was fantastic in every way and just as advertised, if not better. Very comfortable for six people.
