French doors in the main bedroom lead to a private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee. Luxurious bedroom furnishings include queen beds with new mattresses, linens, and tons of closet space. Windows have black out shades if you want to sleep in but are top-down/bottom-up cellular shades to allow natural light. The main floor offers an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen with an eat-in breakfast bar and counter stools. A full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and dishwasher give you all the comforts of home. An adjoining laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer/and large drying rack for swimsuits and towels. Dedicated desk/chair in guest room for those who want to work from home. Beach towels, umbrella, beach bag and cooler are provided for your visit to the nearby beaches. A comfortable living room with new furnishings includes a large screen Smart TV and an electric fireplace. Plenty of seating to watch TV or curl up with a book. Property is centrally located in historic Seville district - walking distance to Palafox Street. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, great touches (water, snacks, pretty shampoo/conditioner, and lotion package) provided. Every detail has been thought about. Very nice. I feel bad about this last bit but I think some constructive feedback is also helpful. While we appreciated Gretchen's responsiveness and availability, her frequent texting (every other day) was a bit much. She also texted us the night before we were leaving to say "check out time is no later than 11:00" and included a pic of check out instructions. Again, this seemed a bit overkill as there were VERY CLEAR instructions that were left in a book on the kitchen counter. Owner then showed up exactly at 11:00 oclock the next morning. She said she was there to work on the yard but it felt rather big brotherish. We left the property spotless and were prepared to leave on time. This is not due to being reminded but because we are responsible people. No need for such constant oversight... it was a bit intrusive.

Our stay at this home was outstanding. Location, location, location! Right smack dab in the middle of Seville district, we were in town for a wedding and were able to walk pretty much everywhere (restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping) and were a quick 20min drive to the beach. Fantastic communication with the owner, who was very accommodating with a special request. The home has everything you need and is very nicely appointed. 5 stars, highly recommend if visiting Pensacola!

This is a beautiful and meticulously clean townhouse near the historic downtown area of Pensacola. It is beautifully decorated and gets bright sunlight. The LR is comfortable and the kitchen extremely well-equipped. The bedrooms were a nice size; one bed is firmer than the other. The desk in the bedroom was terrific as we did some work while there. The location is safe and perfect in our view. We walked around the beautiful neighborhood every day. You are close to the water on the bay, to the historic Aragon district, and to several great restaurants. It was about a 15 minute walk to Palafox St. too which we did a number of times. Gretchen, the owner, was available to answer our questions and was very gracious as as a host. She has thought of everything and you will be very pleased with your stay.

The location of the property was wonderful for walking into the downtown area. The rental was very clean, had everything you would need and the decor was cozy and comfortable. Gretchen was wonderful with communication and providing recommendations. Highly recommend staying at the rental.

I will start with this- take note other Vrbo hosts - Thank you for the water and the filtered Brita water jug in the fridge for infinite clean cold water! This unit is as advertised. Comfortable cozy and modern enough. Nice front and back courtyards to sit and relax, two nice bedrooms with large closets. The host has small items like salt and pepper and cooking oil, beach items, lots of soap options. They don't skimp like others in Pensacola with 1/2" bars of soap and no salt and pepper!. The host is also very responsive to any issue. Will recommend and stay again. If you can add one thing it would be a full length mirror somewhere. Thank you !

We absolutely loved this townhome from the minute we walked through the door. We were in town for a short vacation and this unit was just perfect in every way. First, Gretchen is an incredible host and made sure every detail was covered before we could think to ask. Second, the location was central and easily walkable to some of our favorite downtown locations. The unit itself was spotless, cozy, and a perfect retreat at the end of the day. It’s a great place in the heart of downtown Pensacola and we can’t wait to come back!

Accommodations were fantastic! Gretchen provided details beyond expectations. Soap/shampoo, snacks, and much more. Location perfect for walking everywhere downtown Pensacola. Short drive to Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key, and Flora Bama. Thinking of moving here will be back for more visits👍

Location was perfect, convenient downtown location. Unit was exceptionally clean, and very well thought out. Everything needed for a great stay was available, the little things that are so often omitted from a rental really made the difference and were greatly appreciated.
