Situated in a quite neighborhood, the carriage house has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, living room and a full size kitchen w/washer and dryer. Blinds on all the windows, with black-out drapes in both bedrooms. Nectar mattress on both beds. All linens (mattress pad, sheets, pillow cases, pillow protectors, and comforter) are cleaned after each guest. The perfect location if you are here for a wedding, work or vacation. Easy walking to The Barkley House, Bay Center, restaurants, breweries, pubs, galleries & shopping. Beaches & Pensacola Airport are just minutes away by car. The carriage house is at the end of the driveway, over the garage.

Very modern, attention to detail with snacks, water. Everything we needed in kitchen was there. Location great, short two block walk to YMCA, that accepts Y membership from other Y's. Two blocks to many restaurants, shops. Just a very comfortable stay, would stay again in a heart beat!

From the excellent instructions on where to park and how to reach the unit to the extra touches within the unit, having Debbie as our host made our first stay in Pensacola very comfortable and enjoyable. Debbie was fantastic with communicating with us whether we had a question or if she needed to give us information. The snacks, water, and wine left for us were a nice touch. The location of the home was convenient. We loved staying there and would definitely stay there again!

Deborah’s property is perfect! Great location to walk to Pensacola’s charming downtown restaurants, bars and shops! Very close to the bridge heading to the beautiful beaches. The rental is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of three and small dog. Deborah is also a wonderful host!

This Modern, Clean & Beautiful cottage house was ideally located to the Pensacola Bay Center where our daughter had dance nationals. We enjoyed walking to stores, restaurants and Bay Center. So convenient! Such a great surprise that the hosts left us a nice welcome basket of goodies. All around great visit. This will be the place we stay when we visit Pensacola. Thank you!

This was by far the best home rental I could have imagined. It looks like a high end hotel while absolutely feeling like home. The pictures and descriptions don't even do it justice! It is beautiful, comfortable, and was the gift that just kept on giving. The amenities were as described and there were lots of little sweet treats. The parking space is a bonus to not have to deal with street parking. I would stay here over and over!

I’ve been to Pensacola many times and this location is great for walking everywhere in the historic downtown area. All the amenities we needed we available to us, and the beds were very comfortable. We’ll definitely book here again!

We reserved this wonderful location while in town for the yearly Pensacola Seafood Festival. The location and proximity to the festival was phenomenal. Being within walking distance to the festival and restaurants was priceless. The accommodations are stellar. The amenities far exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the ample amount of extra towels and blankets. The washer and dryer were awesome after returning from the beach. Both bathrooms have enormous, relaxing soaking tubs. The neighborhood is very safe, and is in a historical district. The decor is right out of a designers magazine. We have no complaints. Thank you for an awesome stay.

We stayed in the Carriage House for a week while attending a dance competition at the Pensacola Bay Center. It is in a perfect location - walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Very clean and well appointed with beautiful art pieces by local artists - just a super cute place to stay! The owner, Deborah, was very responsive and so helpful. Highly recommend!

New, clean, convenient, safe with all the thoughtful conveniences of home (washer/dryer, detergent, coffee, spices, snacks, cold water, cozy throw blankets, ceiling fans, walkable area) I could go on. This 2 br/2 bath was the perfect find for 2 female friends on a girls' getaway. Deborah is a wonderful host.

My wife, sister and I were attending a wedding at the Barclay House in historic Pensacola and the carriage house was perfect for our visit. Modern amenities yet charming and personal. The home has dual master bedrooms with wonderful artwork throughout the home. You can tell it was designed with an amazing attention to detail. The location is perfect to explore Pensacola’s historic district by foot. Wonderful restaurants, Palofox Saturday Market, and the Barclay House are easily walkable. Debbie is a wonderful and responsive host. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Located in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to downtown. The owner replied quickly if we had any questions. Great place.

It was kind of hard to find in the dark (the drive way is on the side of the house and you're at the end of it). Outside of this, it was perfect for our needs. We live in Milton, FL but wanted something downtown to celebrate a bachelor party and this was perfect for our needs. Water and chocolates were left out for us as well as snacks - would definitely be back for our next trip / party!

This 2bdrm/2bth rental is in the perfect area of downtown Pensacola. Very close to lots of great restaurants, breweries/bars & shopping. The bedrooms are a little small, but very comfortable. The entire place is super clean and has nice upscale furnishings. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. We also loved the extra personal touches of providing snacks, waters, coffees and the sweet bedside chocolates.

This was our very first stay in a VRBO property and we immediately concluded we will never stay in a hotel again. The property was in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but it was very close to downtown which made it very walkable. The pictures and description, don't do the property justice. It felt brand new and was immaculate. The property owners were so hospitable and made our trip amazing. Not only would we recommend this property, we plan on trying to book it again for our next trip to Pensacola.

We came to Pensacola to celebrate my sister’s birthday and to attend a LeAnne Morgan show. Our place was perfect. Extremely clean and perfectly decorated. All the little amenities were taken care of. One of the bedroom smoke detector’s began to chirp our first night however, Debbie immediately took care of it while we were out for the day and went above and beyond by leaving a beautiful basket of snacks, wine and a sweet note of apology. We were within walking distance of down town. The neighborhood was very cute and quiet. When we needed to go long distance, UBER found us easily and UBER eats delivered with no problem. We will absolutely stay here again if we return.
