Was very clean, the location is amazing and the ACs were perfect after a hot day of roaming. Instructions to access the property were super clear as well
Really poor wifi. Shower kept going cold.

Location: Excellent position—super close to Termini and the metro station, making travel around Rome very easy.
Space & Comfort: Spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Felt very safe and wonderfully quiet.
Accessibility: Having an elevator was a life-saver for handling our luggage!
Would happily recommend for families or larger travel groups!
The mattresses are on the firmer side. Also, for a party of 5, having a few extra pillows available beyond the ones in the closet would make for an even more comfortable stay.

Clean, two blocks from Terminii, great refrigerator, great washing machine (no dryer ability) great a/c, elevator. Very quick on site response to get into the apartment and to get extra towels. Ramona (lives onsite) was very responsive even though she doesn’t understand any English. Lots of good, inexpensive restaurants near by, great bus and metro connections close by.
NO hot water, little water pressure, shower head needs replacing, host insisted that items in list of facilities did not include an iron, ironing board or rack for drying clothes, which we had to send to her to finally receive. It took several days into our stay to finally receive these items . Lots of pick pockets. Husband stopped his phone from being stolen in immediate area. BE CAREFUL!
