The cozy living-dining area is equipped with a high-quality and comfortable sleeper sofa, 2 armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. The dining table seats 4 people.
The integrated, open kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment has everything you need, from breakfast to dinner.
The separate bedroom features a cozy double bed with two separate mattresses (1.80 x 2.00 m, 55 cm high), a spacious wardrobe, and a second flat-screen TV.
There is a modern and newly renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet (photos to follow). The entire apartment features allergy-friendly vinyl flooring
During the 2026 summer season from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair will be available exclusively for you.
An underground parking space is included. The maximum clearance height is 1.80 m.
