Great check in Lady's. Nice service at breakfast and in the bar.

I had booked a 2 bed and when I got there the very unfriendly front desk lady said the system messed up and they had me down for one bed. The hotel is gross. The smell of propane and pinesol was so thick. The room they gave us had a jacuzzi in it and one king bed. The jacuzzi was dirty looking. The bathroom light was hardly working. I could keep going but either way don’t stay there and don’t book thru hotels.com. Whoever messed up my booking didn’t take responsibility and they only gave me a $50 credit for their mistake. Best part is the owner of the hotel was there parked in front in a Maclaren so obviously their hotel is doing great but the place is run down and gross!

Beautiful hotel. We always stayed here only problem is the shampoo conditioner dispenser is hardly to use. They do it too tight. Keep pressing it nothing comes out

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. We had a lakeside view which was nice. Breakfast was included and was pretty good with eggs cooked to order as an option.

Good overall. The room had a great view. Only con is the tub did not drain and made showers uncomfortable.

Jacuzzi suite was outdated. Older looking Red carpet with foot print stains near jacuzzi tub. The tub itself was pealing at the bottom and hardware stained. A black leather couch was in the room and had parts pealed off of the back and arms. Otherwise the room was clean. They need to put some money into repairs. Sauna was also out of order for public use.

Our room had to be re-inspected for cleanliness by a maintenance person because the person before us rejected the room. There was No housekeeping done beforehand. The tiles on the floor were broken, the bed was lumpy and hard and the hair dryer was literally melted as if it’s been in a fire. The microwave blew a fuse when using it. Not the expectation I had for a BW Plus hotel.

The front desk gal both days was very helpful and professional. The only two negatives was were were on different floors and areas of our kids room and the breakfast was only waffles and cereal. The rest of the stay was great and quiet.

This was a standard hotel room that had a fabulous lakefront view. The one that set this hotel apart was the breakfast attendant. She was gracious, efficient, and made delicious omelettes for breakfast, and the best part is breakfast is included with the stay. There were many options to select from and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. I hope to return here again.

This property is so rundown and the staff did not seem interested in being there. They were very unhelpful, the room was dirty and just finding the room was a challenge that even the staff couldn't help with. The curtains in the room were in tatters, the laminate flooring was in rough shape, just to name a few issues

Outdated carpet and water pressure for the shower was non existent. But the front desk was very nice and gave us options for upgraded rooms when the room we were in initially had not been turned over by housekeeping.
