Our Stay was amazing! This is the 4th consecutive year we have held our family trip at Homewood Suites Bossier, about 40 of us from La & Tx share the site as a central connection to family fun. We look forward to future stays at the hotel. .

Everything about this hotel is great, EXCEPT there was banging and loud noises above us starting at 7am on a Saturday morning…. Followed by fire alarms repeatedly going off for no reason at 8am. We believe the banging and loud noises were due to ongoing renovations that we were not made aware of at booking or at check-in. I had to research to even find that information myself. For the amount we paid for our stay, and the inconvenience of the noise… we should have at least been made aware, or the price lowered on our room to accommodate for the inconvenience.

Rooms are nice and spacious. It is under some remodel construction, so was a little dissapointed with the outdoor "hot tub" not working and there was some early morning noise. Sounded like someone was about to come through my ceiling each morning starting around 6:30.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and well kept. The staff was friendly and professional. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel lobby was beautiful and our room was nice, but there was dog hair all over the room We did not travel with a dog. I brought this up to the staff and they didn't seem to care. Breakfast was decent but was missing lots of food. Grits, waffles and eggs were empty on multiple attempts

The entire hotel was clean, inside and out. The staff was friendly. The location was perfectly centrally located. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Bossier.

Holes in ceiling dripping with water. Dried urine on toilet seat upon our arrival. AC did not work in our hallway. AC in our room would only get to 77. Will not stay here again.

It was okay. Quiet overall. Not enough parking considering its 2 hotels sharing one lot and its a split floorplan...Homewood one side Hilton the other. We had to park on the Hilton side one night. It wanst too bad of a walk but just wished they had separate parking.

Trash was left full and smelly from previous occupants. Twice I could not get anyone at the front desk to answer. When I finally got someone to ask what time the pool closed I was told 11pm. My son went down and jumped in at 10:35p, and an employee told me the pool was closed at 10:30p. Phone in the living area had no cord, so it was unusable. I went to the front desk to complain at 11pm and was told a manager would call me around 9am the next day. There was no phone call by 3pm so I went down and spoke with the manager, Heather. She was great and said she would comp one night off my bill. She called me back late to tell me she couldn’t comp anything, because I booked through a third party app. They offered us free snacks and drinks from the pantry area. I usually enjoy Homewood Suites, but this was a frustrating and an enjoyable stay. The bed was comfortable. Remote for TV was not working right. It is an older location with wall paper peeling and older carpet. Overall not a nightmare, but I wish it was a better stay.

The check in was great and the employees were very friendly. However, the air conditioner in our suite was set to 66 degrees and wouldn't go lower. The temperature of the room was the issue, as it felt hot. The only time it felt cool was at night. Even the hallways felt a little warm. They ice machine were down on the entire 4th floor. The breakfast was decent nothing to rave about. Now the pool is amazing and so is the out door patio.

First off do not stay in room 433..the air conditioner does not work at all. It was so hot none of us slept, also there is a huge yellow stain on the pull out couch mattress, it was disgusting. We travel frequently and this has to be the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. Even the floor in the entry into the hotel was gross.

The price was excellent. Different food options within a 5 mile radius of the hotel as well as the casinos are within 5 miles. The shuttle will take and pick you up anywhere as long it is within a 5 mile radius of the hotel till 2am, even the casinos!

The staff at the hotel was amazing. When we got there it was 80 degrees in the room, maintance came and installed a new ac unit in the bedroom area, then later they had to come back and clean the ac unit in the living area because it was hot in the living room. The staff was absolutley amazing and we will be back to stay again anytime we go back to Bossier. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, in the Bossier City/Shreveport area.

I went to get coffee in morning and the coffee maker had several roaches that came out and went on counter and sink. They did compensate 1/2 of my stay but for a hotel 200 a night this really is unacceptable. I can’t stop thinking about how gross that was.

I chose this Hotel based off of the great recent reviews it had. My family and I were traveling home from Florida and just couldn’t go anymore. Pictures online looked great and reviews were great. We needed a suite because we were traveling with my parents and our 1 year old baby. Check in went smooth and they were friendly. The room we were given was considerably worn and not maintained. Towels were clean but the room itself was definitely not worth our money spent. It needs a major deep cleaning. Baseboards were stained and taped together. The bath tub was stained and the grout and corner of the tub was nasty. If we had not been so extremely tired I would have demanded a refund and went elsewhere. I actually used a towel to stand on in the shower and on the handicapped bench where I sat my daughter to wash her. There may be other nicer rooms given to regular check ins but we were very disappointed in the shape of our room and the condition of the items in it. I always try to be fair with reviews and know mistakes happen but this was not just something not cleaned once or twice. Constant neglect and such a shame because the interior when we walked in was very promising.

Room wasn’t ready at 5 when we checked in but he called us as soon as it was ready, about 20-30 minutes later. Didn’t know this was 2 different adjoining hotels and would’ve helped to know that. We went to the wrong room first but a very kind housekeeping lady showed us the shortcut to our room.
