The building looks very old, and boy did it smell like it. There was a weird/old-like smell that came from my hotel room specifically from the air conditioning vents. I stayed in room 324. On the positive side, the light breakfast was pretty good. Wish there was a way to get inside the building after hours without having to be let in. There should be a keyed entry

Great stay.

The staff is AMAZINGLY AWESOME, the hotel and room was very clean and we were impressed for such a older hotel. We will be back!

We needed a place to stay the night before my husband's surgery. We chose the Georgetown because it was close to the VA. The staff were so kind and friendly. We ended up needing to stay a second night, and they were very helpful.

The manager on duty when I check in on 1/18/24 was training two new employees and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed with the manager as she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Great stay overall. A few downsides are that the water in my shower was pleasantly warm at the most and never actually got hot, which was unfortunate in this cold Seattle weather. Throughout the night I would hear clinks and noises, maybe because the building is older? Nevertheless, I recommend staying at Georgetown Inn!

Free parking. Close to where I was working.

Exactly what I needed, exactly when I needed it. Staff was great, and the location is great.

Quick and easy check in, room was clean and the price was reasonable for Seattle!

I stayed here one night after arriving to Seattle from Ireland. I live in Portland and didn't want to do the drive after such a long flight, so I was just looking for a basic place to stay until I caught my train to Portland the next morning. I was tired and jetlagged and this place was just right. I don't think the area is wonderful, to be honest, but I felt safe. The best part was that the place was VERY quiet and I slept like a baby the whole night. If you're ok with no-frills and outdated room decor, then this place is totally great.

The location was still renovating new rooms while I was there, but wasn't cause for any issues like noise or such. Good location to get on highway to downtown Seattle and walking distance to brewery. Parking is semi gated which is nice

Staff was very excellent and gave us early-check when we arrived there 2pm.
But hotel facility was very smelly...

I expected a better breakfast than the continental one available. Unfortunately there isn’t any good breakfast place around the area either. Other than that, it’s a decent place

The adjacent street was a homeless encampment but they were no bother. Two streets over was a cool local bar area. It’s was fun for a night cap

The facility was very stinky...

Friendly, clean, convenient, charming, within walking distance of dining option. Some questionable surrounding areas and the Wi-Fi kept bumping us off, but overall a positive stay-would stay here again.

Overall okay, however bed was really uncomfortable and the room was pretty outdated.

It is an old fashioned hotel in what appears to be an industrial area. However the rooms are very, very nice and the staff was very helpful. Considering the proximity to downtown Seattle and the price it is a very good deal.

Was able to do an early check in, staff was super nice! The room was good for two people considering we spent most the day out, but pretty small compared to most. Only down side there was ants in our room, behind the bed and up on some surfaces.

Had decent one night stay at Georgetown Inn. Very economical for the Seattle area and reasonably close to downtown. The morning complimentary breakfast was a nice treat too. Staff was friendly and accommodating as well.

Area wasn’t as sketchy as some reviews say, at least not to us. Staff was very nice. Place was very clean. Front door stays locked most of the time so we never felt unsafe. Good, central location for every place we went while visiting. Decent food within walking distance. Will book again if we ever visit Seattle again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, our room was not cleaned, nor did we get towels until we asked. My Sisters room, next door was cleaned, but they seemed to forget to replace the towels and LEFT THE DOOR AJAR. Fortunately, nothing went missing, but this was sadly lacking in security. Also, the beds were concrete hard and the pillows were like sleeping on rocks.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel at all. It just isn’t the fanciest or most modern hotel I have stayed in.
The staff was wonderful and friendly.
They have a breakfast that consists of pastries, juice, coffee, and tea. Nothing too expansive, but it was plenty for me. And the pastries were from a local bakery and really tasty.
The room was small, but enough. Bed, chair, desk, dresser with a tv on top, and a mini fridge. But what more do you need.
The only thing I would say that might bother some people is you are in the flight path of Boeing Field which has a decent amount of commercial, cargo, and private planes flying in and out all day. It didn’t bother me at all. But I can see it annoying some people if they slept in late or had a child you were trying to let nap during the day.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay here and would stay there again

Several restaurants are located across the street. Very easy to access. Not much choice for breakfast. About 15 minutes drive to Seattle downtown. 20 minutes to airport.

The area isn’t the nicest, but it seems like they have surveillance cameras and watch who’s coming in and out of the property. We got to the hotel late at night and the receptionist unlocked the door for us and let us in. The bedrooms are small but very clean! Friendly staff. Overall great stay

My favorite part of this property is how safe it was. One door in. That’s it. It was clean, quiet, the front desk staff was always very friendly when I spoke with them. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Good value for price. Was in town to see Mariners game and easy to get Uber to and from the ballpark. Apparently there is a bus that would work but we didn’t want to deal with public transit. Nice that parking was included in price, always a big charge in Seattle. Clean hotel and updated so what, though it’s evident it’s an older building. Toilet ran quite a bit so we turned off the water while we slept. I’d definitely stay again, good value.

We stayed one night, it felt clean, safe and with the window closed quiet. I liked the couple of vintage decorations in the room, fridge and alarm clock.
We would stay again if the need arose.

This is an average hotel with good service trying to be a bit artsy but no follow through. The breakfast and laundry are a plus.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Georgetown inn. The location is great, I was attending a wedding at the Georgetown Ballroom so it was handy to be so close. It's actually walking distance, though in all honesty, it would be best not to do that at night. It's a clean hotel and the rooms are attractive ,wooden floor, crisp white linens, nice photos on the walls. There's a continential breakfast in the lobby , coffee, tea, Greek yogurt, broken bisco
tii in a jar. I really enjoyed my stay, my only suggestion would be that they install a small magnifying mirrors on their mirrors in the bathrooms, it's a cheap upgrade and would be helpful for people who wear make up and wear glasses.
