Lobby under construction. Right downtown so very loud all night. Sirens all night.

I understand the discomfort caused by lobby construction; what I didn’t expect was poor plumbing causing the shower temperature to fluctuate. Great location

The Crowne Plaza Seattle part of the IHG hotel group provided slow check in and support services throughout my one night stay.

I arrived early and the front desk staff were very accommodating and able to check me in with very little wait. There was a minor issue with the bathtub not draining quickly, but that was taken care of and the rest of the trip was wonderful.

We only have good things to say about the Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown. The front desk staff was amazing. Hotels.com completely screwed up and did not actually confirm our reservation and reached out to the hotel once and never followed through. If not for the hotel staff, we would have had to go somewhere else. But their dedication to researching what happened (because I had confirmation emails from Hotels.com) and compassion for our dilemma insured that our stress was short lived. They not only made sure we got a room for the price we were quoted but they upgraded us to the best suite in the hotel at no extra charge. We will absolutely stay there again, but will be booking directly through them and not Hotels.com. Especially because there was no way to get help from Hotels.com other than a bot chat which had us going around in circles.

Most of the common area was under construction. The manager said that Hotels.com should have a warning about that. I must have missed it.
BUT the staff was extremely efficient and cheerful, coping with all the issues and showing that they really cared. Reay was especially nice.

Great experience, close to all the down town activities and really friendly staff

Location was great. Walkable for everything we wanted to see. Will be much nicer one the construction is complete.

Service was excellent… let us do a late check out which was awesome, especially since we came in 2 in the morning.

I enjoyed my time at the Crowne Plaza. Hotel staff was courteous and professional. I had a wonderful view of the city from my hotel room. The location made it very easy to maneuver by foot in downtown Seattle. I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars, but the hotel is under renovation, unbeknownst to me., and with renovations comes unavoidable dust /debris. Unfortunately, the agent from hotels.com was not helpful when I sought answers. Hotel guests should be made aware of and type of construction/ renovation taking place when booking stays.

Hotel was extremely nice even with all the construction; hotel staff was great at the desk & we got a standard room but it was very nice, and a clean. room, the food and drinks in the restaurant was okay, we expected more but it wasn’t the worst. They do add a gratuity on the tab though just a heads up. But the valet was so rude it’s ridiculous; they gave us a hard time both when checking in and leaving. Just made for a very unpleasant start and finish to my trip.

The hotel was clean and very nice, only downside was the construction going on in the lobby area that made check in feel crammed. Great location in the city too!

The only aspect I didn’t like was how noisy it was outside since the property is by the freeway (not the properties fault). Maybe it was just me not knowing how to shut it out, but it sounded like the windows were open (checked and to my knowledge they didn’t open) and there was a vent that brings in noise from the outside? I’d shut the AC off and I can hear cars which confused me. Other than that it was a great stay, the property itself was quiet. It’s maybe a 10-15 walk from Pike Place Market.

Under construction so def not a 4 ⭐️ hotel. First time in Seattle and what a disgrace. Homeless people and drug addicts EVERYWHERE! Maybe I expected differently. The hotel is noce but very dated. Staff seemed like they are just happy to have a job. Room was ok, but AC was a little annoying. Never seen one cleaning person or no one was ever at bell service right inside entrance.

The hotel was in no condition to be open. They had no lobby because of renevations!! They also didn’t give us any notice. There was a very small space as the front desk, they also closed for renovation the bar, the restaurant and other areas. The food was the worst I’ve ever had! Especially the breakfast!! No one had an explanation for these distasteful conditions. They only said sorry but that wasn’t enough for what we paid!!!:

The view was amazing! The staff was friendly.
I wish they offered a water fountain or something. Perhaps they do on a different floor!
I enjoyed my time here!

We had 5 ladies and 2 rooms for our girls trip to Seattle. The Crowne Plaza was a grueling walk with all our luggage from the ferry, but the view from our room was nice & overlooking the city including the space needle and mountains. The beds & pillows were nice & comfy. We walked to Pikes Place, then walked to the monorail to go to the Space Needle. Lots of restaurants, shopping, etc., all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

When we made reservations your site or the crown plaza didn’t indicate the property was under construction

My first time visiting Seattle and I found this hotel that was close enough to where I needed to go. Staff were very friendly and very informed. I left the desk after check in feeling like I would be able to navigate throughout the hotel. My room was so clean and so comfortable. The bed was so soft and the views from my room were incredible!

Our stay was good. The room and accommodations were very nice and comfortable even though the hotel is undergoing renovation. The hotel staff were friendly and as helpful as possible under the circumstances. Dinner was very limited because the hotel was in the process of moving the restaurant from another floor and some items I ordered weren't available. Again, later I went to the front desk looking for Tums and was told it was not available because not all merchandise had been moved yet from the other floor. Although both staff members were very apologetic, the experiences were still unpleasant. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable.

Property was nice, and the staff was friendly. Stepped on some old toenail clippings in the room, but it was fine overall.

Staff are nice and valet parking even is kinda expensive but worth it!

The lobby was under construction and the guests were not notified in advance. We arrived to black garbage bags covering the lounge area , the lobby smelled like marijuana and the restaurant looked like a cheap diner. Would not stay again.

We stayed in this hotel last year, and we loved it so we came back. It didn't disappoint. Nice hotel, with clean and spacious room. Location was great! Close to everything we need, and lots of dining options around. Highly recommended if you're in Seattle.

Seattle Downtown is not safe. There are so many homeless roaming around the city. I can't go out after 5 pm, which is a shame.
