This hotel is in a fantastic location. The breakfast and evening snacks are really top rate. The beds are comfortable. The living room is spacious but for some reason they offer no writing material at the desk. I couldn’t find anything to write on when I was leaving a thank you to the maid. The only thing I disliked is the very noisy sliding bathroom door. You wake your partner if you use it at night. Overall this is a fantastic, clean, convenient hotel!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room ,fantastic roof top pool and hot tub overlooking the city. Excellent breakfast. Great value for the $$$. Definitely will stay again my next trip to Santa Fe!

We have stayed here many times and it's always been a good experience. I did notice a change in the bedding this time--much firmer mattress than before--but it was okay. As usual, the "Happy Hour" from 5:30 to 7:00 was splendid, as was the breakfast. Just wish they would change it up a little bit as the same items were served every morning. All in all, a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Drury. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was incredible, especially Andreas, the asst. Gm. Next time we're in Santa Fe, this is definitely where we'll stay.

I really hate to complain but I was not greeted so nicely. They made me feel like I was in the wrong place. Then when I got to my room all I could hear was everyone slamming their doors, running, and talking all day! Also the bed was very itchy. Kinda crazy pricing for the experience.

This was a great place to stay with my husband and two kids. The pool is heated, which my 9 year old loved. They serve complimentary breakfast and complimentary dinner. Three alcoholic beverages each night per adult are also included. MeowWolf is about 15 minutes away. We loved the cleanliness and atmosphere.

Safety inside the hotel was a comfort. Welcome we received was excellent. Front desk check-in and check out was quick. Maps and food suggestions were what we needed. was the perfect hotel in the location. Can't wait to return for another adventure in santa fe.

Love the closeness to the plaza, free happy hour and breakfast. The pool and the spa were beautiful with a lovely rooftop view. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I think the $28 per night parking fee is a little much though.

Our stay was one of the best experiences at a hotel ever. We were greeted by every employee as soon as we arrived on property. Valet, housekeeping, front desk, the buffet staff everyone was so inviting. The gentleman at the front desk was so informative. Definitely will stay again. No complaints.

The property is beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like our patronage was valued. The breakfast was satisfactory, having a wide variety for everyone. The evening complimentary cocktails and appetizers was nice. They actually put out food that I would consider a full meal and could have just been dinner. Where my rating goes way down is the mattress and pillows. The mattress was like a concrete slab, and the pillows were just mush with no support whatsoever. I did not sleep a wink, and in my all night tossing and turning, my husband got no sleep either. What was supposed to be a nice getaway turned into me sobbing at 4 am because I was so tired and I felt like I ruined my husband’s good time too. I would not stay here again because I couldn’t sleep. If you like very hard mattresses and no support pillows then this is the place for you. I felt like I did not get my $230 worth for sure.

The hotel in general was very nice and elegant. The seating in the rooms were very worn and uncomfortable to sit in..

We always love to stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe as a family. It's a great value, including a rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking historic Santa Fe plaza and free happy hour (3 drinks each!), dinner and breakfast each day. It's the perfect location for a ski weekend, as the road to the ski resort is only minutes away. The decor is modern Santa Fe charm, complete with roaring lobby fireplace and natural wood accents. My only complaint is that the beds could be a bit more comfortable, but overall our stays at this location have been nothing short of amazing, convenient and comfortable.

It was a really really good experience stay in this hotel. Certainly a PERFECT hotel!!! If any of my friends travel to Santa Fe I will recommend this hotel!
We stayed in a city view room but it was on the first floor so we could only see the view in the backyard. It’s very comfortable to be in the room. The room is big and we enjoyed the design. The room was very clean. The only little problem was the refrigerator had some noice when it worked.
The front desk people were very nice.
The hotel is near the Santa Fe Plaza but the walk way is full of ice and snow. It’s hard to walk there.

Hotel is very nice and about two blocks from the downtown square. 5 o'clock complimentary snacks and toddies were nice, but dinner just OK. Would have been fine if on a budget. Good food and drinks at the in-house restaurant/bar as well. If I could rate the stay a 4.5, I would.

The Drury is a great hotel, very comfortable and nice rooms. The food is good for breakfast and kick back. Also plenty of seating options throughout the hotel

Great hotel with excellent location and spacious rooms. Friendly personnel, good breakfast and amazing happy hour with drinks and plenty of food. Only drawbacks are that our room was looking to a wall and housekeeping was kind of irregular.

It had food and drink offered at 6 PM everyday in addition to daily breakfast, which was really nice. Nice service too. The dining area is spacious. Hot tub on top floor is very cool on a cold winter day. The location is close to center of town, so most of the attractions are walkable.
It would have better if the room is a little bigger with daily maid service. Wish there were a self-park free option. Wish there were more covering blanket stored in the room.

Great staff and hotel.

Staff and amenities were well received. Huge room (154) was very comfortable, but no view to speak of.
Some signs of wear and tear on community areas, but gracious and helpful staff made it seem unimportant.
We got a great view of the sunset and town from the heated pool and hot tub on the 5th floor.
We enjoyed the complimentary “kickback” happy hour with extensive food options and three “free” drinks per person!
Rounded out the stay with a full breakfast.
We will be back for any of our future stays in Santa Fe!

This hotel has a lot of good things going for it, but there were problems during my stay that were very frustarting.
Staritng with, I didn't get the room I booked. I booked via expedia "Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Refrigerator & Microwave (Upper Floor, Terrace)" but when I checked in they gave me a room that did not have a terrace. I booked this room and this hotel for the terrace.
Additionally, every single time I called the front desk they made a mistake. I asked them to clean my room. They did not. There was zero ambiguity in my statement "I am leaving for today can you clean my room" i had no privacy sign on door, come back 6 hours later, room is dirty.
Next day I called to have my car pulled out. Took 5 minutes to get anyone to answer and then they didn't actually pass this on to valet. Got downstairs 10 min later, car not there.
Very frustrating.

Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The small balcony was appreciated, though cold on our night. Happy Hour and complimentary breakfast were exceptional !! ...and the ambience of the hotel is beautiful, calming, and artistic!! Just great!! Thank you!!

This hotel is a solid 4 stars. Its nothing glamourous but well taken care of and staffed. THe lobby is lovely and the artwork is a great touch. They really do a nice job. The free breaksfast is nice and everyone is there - the staff is very attentive. THe happy hour leaves a bit to be desired - bad wine and drink iptions for the freebee and its a bit dark and depressing up there in the winter. Maybe summer would be better. The room was beautiful and spacious. HATE HATE HATE the bathroom door. New trendy rolling barn door that you can see in through and it does not lock. With four of us in a room that is just not cool. Plus its LOUD - loud rolling noise when you open and close. Terrible anytime but mostly at night when you have to use the toilet and everyone is sleeping. Also the parking is a rip off. Required valet parking $30 a day!! Its nice to have your car brought to you but there should be a cheaper option. They have a parking lot right there. Pool deck is lovely and big. Love the restaurant on the first floor - very important touch.

We liked the nightly Food and Beverage, and breakfast. The dining hall is big, and you do not feel crowded when getting your food.
We thought the Bed could be more comfortable, so was a bit disappointed.
Overall, great place to stay!

We liked everything about the hotel. The staff was great, super friendly and helpful. We were actually supposed to head back to Albuquerque, but instead decided to stay an extra night in Santa Fe and extended our stay at Drury. Andreas made the change for us and helped arrange our stay. Thank you Andreas, for making this such a wonderful memory.
